Horrible, stay away!

Cons:

Lobby temperature had to be over 90 degrees, lobby doors were fogging up. Lobby floor was gets a bit slippery with condensation, floor fans where everywhere. I'm not sure how the employees working the desk handled the heat. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working that night, it took forever to get up and down to our room. The room was very hot upon arrival and at 3am my wife and I were so hot we had to take cold showers. The room never cooled much. The ice machine at least on the 2nd floor had not been working for a long time since there was a box freezer with some mileage on it filled with zip lock bags of ice. Ducktape over broken elevator buttons. Jacked up room prices Charged us $439 for one night during Astros/rangers, world cup was going on, but no game that weekend, that mistake was on us for not paying closer attention to the price during setting up our reservation .The night was so bad I demanded some kind of compensation, which to managements credit some minor refund was given. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.

Great location and value for a game
Pros:

Location was perfect for Dallas Stadium. They had a shuttle to transport us to and from the game.

Cons:

NOISE. they placed me right next to the cleaning ladies room, so I heard everything...I had asked for a quiet room and they moved me there...away from the elevator but...

Hade varit bra om man inte blev prislurad.

Frukosten var inget vidare - vi kom 09.30 och då var flingor mm slut. Fanns bara toast och stenhårt bacon. Kaffet vattnigt och ganska dåligt utbud på pålägg - bara en sorts jam. Lurendrejeriet med prissättning. Köpte boendet 20 april - mer än 2 månader innan och fick betala 10 x mer än om vi bott där den 20/4 (590 usdollar/natt). Veckan innan vår vistelse kostade samma boende 150 us dollar/nat i snitt. Jag påpekade detta men man sa bara att det är så det är. Jag skrev till er BOOKING och ingen respons - när jag ville utöka 2 dagar skulle jag få betala ytterligare både hos er och Holliday INN. Jag hyrde bil och frågade om vi kunde få en parkering - tomt på hela parkeringsplatsen - kunde de bjuda på det som en vänlighet för galna prissättningen?? Nej 10 dollar till. Att bo på ett ställe där man känner sig totalt lurad och ingenting för att ge oss någon kompensation för deras fel från början gör det bara sorgligt. På 4 dagar en bäddning och byten av handdukar 2 ggr. Nja

La ubicación respecto del estadio AT&T.

Cons:

El hotel es viejo. La decoración es oscura, de los años 70. Las máquinas del gimnasio son viejas y no tenían los elementos para que funcionen correctamente. No estaba climatizado adentro, y el calor y la humedad hacían insoportable estar fuera de la habitación. No limpiaron la habitación todos los días. En la habitación había una heladera que hacía un ruido espantoso. El televisor de la habitación era viejo. Los enchufes son viejos. La piscina es techada y de dudosa limpieza (parecía una pileta de rehabilitación de hospital). El patio que sale desde la piscina, con reposeras, estaba descuidado y sucio. El personal de front desk ni saludaba ni respondía al saludo cuando una entraba o salía. Para nada atentos. Los sillones del lobby estaban sucios. La relación precio/calidad fue deficiente totalmente, a pesar de que la marca de la cadena del hotel era supuestamente reconocida. No lo recomendaría de ninguna manera.
