It was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

It was very clean and great breakfast

Cons:

It kind of hides behind the hotel in front of the holiday inn so maybe a sign with an arrow telling us to keep going to the back.

Divan lit non confortable ( défoncés)

Cons:

Mauvaise accueil à la reception. Soupire et n'a pas envie d'être là. Divan lit très magané. Nous étions 6 et mes enfants on eu du mal a dormir sur le divan lit tellement qu'il n'était pas confortable. La chambre ne devrait pas être pour 6 personnes. Personnes ne devrait dormir sur cette horreurs.

After a long day of travel I
Pros:

We left before breakfast was available. The location was perfect - right off the highway. The beds were very comfortable. We did not hear any outside noise.

Helpful, Kind Staff and manager
Pros:

The manager, Richard Bowles, and his employee, Michael, are helpful and considerate people who helped me when my car battery died. Michael tried to help me jumpstart my vehicle a few times until we tested the voltage and realized it was below 6 volts. They helped me communicate with the local NAPA auto parts who suggested a nearby repair shop-Elliot's, who was helpful and willing to replace my battery for me within an hour. I was given the opportunity to charge my devices in the hotel while waiting for a tow. For a female, traveling alone on a 14 hour trip, the people in this town and the people in this hotel were kind and helpful and I would stay here again most definitely.

Besides the things wrong with the room, the breakfast was good & the location was great.
Pros:

It was good. Very good variety of food & drinks. The food was hot and plentiful.

Cons:

My door key would not stay activated. Someone from the front desk had to re-activate my key several times a day and night. Maintenance finally changed the lock on the door the morning of checkout. Also, the lights above the bed and TV do not have a visible switch to turn them on and off. I had to walk down to the front desk to get the employee on duty at 2:00 a.m. to show me where the switch was. Also, the switch for the small wall lamps beside the bed is located behind the lamp shades. There are NO PHONES in the rooms, so one has to walk to the front desk for service.

Pros:

While our room was super clean and beds comfy, the cloth shower curtain wrecked of mold. Easy to fix by washing them in vinegar and dried completely. Check was fast and easy, check out… well let’s say if we were there to rob the place … we could have… myself and another guest tried to check out on Sunday AM but no one came to the front desk. We just left. At 10:15 5 employees in uniforms came streaming in. Really. Breakfast eggs were fake and burned. I had a bagel instead. The coffee was good and hot!!
