Pros:

Room was good. Bed was very comfortable. Shower door did not operate correctly. This is a known issue as it would have been impossible to clean the shower without noticing that it was broken.
Fancy looking sink & faucet but bad design as the faucet does not stick out far enough to use comfortably

Room temperature was difficult to maintain. Hallways were malodorous and stuffy. Room keys kept needing reprogramming despite not carrying them anywhere but in a wallet that prevents cards from being wiped.

Our room was disgustingly dirty. Staff could care less about our complaint. It reeked of marijuana when we came in. The sink was clogged, toilet paper hadn’t even been changed. The elevator was so dirty and smelled. Very disappointed.

This Hotel is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed and it was such a beautiful experience. The water park is amazing and they also have another separate pool area that has a nice sauna. The breakfast was so good with many selections. The staff is so friendly and helpful especially Aaron who went out of his way several times to take care of me!! It is so close to many attractions and we found The Straw Hat just down the road that has delicious pizza, wings, and ice cream. The room and beds were so comfortable and the service was outstanding. We can’t wait to go back!!

Pros:

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and I was checked in quickly. They have 2 wonderful indoor swimming pools - one that is perfect for families and one that looks good for lap swimming. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
The only cons were the outside noise from traffic all night, the shower head was so low I had to duck to wash my hair, and limited dining (also no chain or fast food restaurants).
