The outside was clean and nice the check in was easy

The bathroom was dirty the toilet paper rock has rust on it the AC did not work in the bedroom and the window seals were dirty ..not enough towels or trash bags for two days

The property was in a good location, near restaurants and gas station, good size room, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived, the room they assigned to us hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding had not been changed out. It looked as though the previous guests had just left. We were upgraded to a better room but the television was outdated. No apps and the port to the antenna cable was broken so it was hard to watch anything on the tv without the signal constantly going out. A staff member came up to try to help which was appreciated but not very helpful.

Staff was very nice, yet everything else about hotel prices to it in the 1-2 star category.
Pros:

Close to airport. Free breakfast. East outdoor parking. Sebastian, front desk clerk, was extremely professional and very helpful.

Cons:

Old and run down property. Rooms were clean, but furniture was very worn down, wall unit type a/c, hallway carpeting significantly stained and dirty throughout
Housekeeping only comes on request.

Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and kind made the stay feel comfortable, staff was quick to fix the small issue I ran into my mini fridge wasn’t cold they brought up a cold one within 10 minutes of addressing it. Room was super clean and cozy
