J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir à mon prochain séjour
Pros:

Le personnel très charmant et présent si besoin. Les chambres décorées avec goût , la hauteur sous plafond, les grands lits à baldaquin, on se sent plongé à Florence immediatement ! Le musée San Marco, à mon goût le plus beau et sous estimé de la ville a 4 minutes à pieds !

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner un peu triste et sombre, peu agréable au réveil . Les robinets de douche , bien que fonctionnels, mériteraient un coup de neuf, tout sera exceptionnel ensuite :-)

Le charme d'une demeure historique avec tout le confort contemporain.
Pros:

Le charme d'une demeure du XVIème siècle, idéalement située pour découvrir le centre historique de Florence. Accessibilité facile de l'aéroport avec le Tram 2. L'hôtel donne sur une place piétonne et sur des jardins anciens. Le service est précis, avec de bons conseils pour trouver des restaurants et des activités.

Ubicación muy céntrica, muy bien ubicado, con conexiones de transporte público, excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y amplia, con una cama y una almohadas comodísimos. Un desayuno, incluido en el precio muy bueno y muy variado , y sobre todo destacar que el buffet estaba en el mismo Hotel , puede parecer una tontería, pero en muchos hoteles en Florencia te ponen desayuno incluido y simplemente te dan una tarjeta . Si volviera a Florencia repetiría sin duda.

酒店位置非常好，背靠学院美术馆，出门走两步就是教堂。而且工作人员态度也很热情，虽然有一位女前台讲话很难让人理解，但是她可能也很无奈吧，但是还是好心回答我们的问题。然后房间很干净卫生，入住很安心。

Außergewöhnlich gut!
Das stilvolle Hotel befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude und hat sehr viel Charme! In 300 Metern ist man direkt am Dom. Das Frühstück ist exzellent. Es gibt auch einen Fahrservice, der den Wagen zu einem Parkplatz bringt.
Insgesamt absolut lohnenswert mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

- The location was perfect; you are 3 minutes by walk from the main Cathedral and the David. Also, 10-20 minutes from the main points of interest of Florence. The place on which the hotel is located on is also incredible.
- The hotel itself is very typical; you we felt like it was a great small local hotel. We loved the vibe of the place and its aesthetic.
- We had a Deluxe room facing the back of the hotel, with a view on the Cathedral's dome. It looked amazing and we slept like babies with no noise complaints.
- Our bed was very big and looked like one of a Duke or Count, we loved the old school inspiration mixed with modern aesthetic.

Cons:

The only thing lacking was that we had a portable AC, and I believe that it wasn't strong enough for my liking.
A more powerful AC would be great for 38 Celsius days.
