Elegant stay in the heart of Florence
Pros:

Great location, just few minutes away from the main attractions, and the piazza itself is worth a visit. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed really comfortable, and the temperature with the AC on was just perfect.

Authentic hotel with last century's atmosphere. Great location!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location was FANTASTIC. A walking distance to ALL tourist attractions from Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Plasszo Pitti, Bobble Gardens, Santa Maria Novella, and Galleria Di Firenze!

An wonderful oasis of calm and quiet luxury in the very centre of Florence.
Pros:

I loved the elegance and sophistication, with a real feeling of tranquility. All the communications and services were perfect, with exquisite attention to detail across the board. The location is so central and yet you are able to 'hide' from the bustle so quickly and easily. I genuinely cannot wait to return!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. It's my second time at this hotel and I loved it then, and loved it this time too. If I was to think of anything to mention going forward it is that it would be useful to have USB outlets in the plug sockets 😊

Charming, central, and superb staff
Pros:

The staff were a very strong point. They were attentive, helpful, and informative. The building has character without sacrificing comfort. The location is splendid and the breakfast very good.

Cons:

Well, I am sensitive to sugar so a few plain yoghurts without sugar at breakfast would have been welcome. Wholemeal bread also welcome, but you had sone, so bravo. These are small points in an overwhelmingly positive report. The lighting by tge bed could be improved. It is too dark to read a book comfortably in bed.
