I had an amazing time in this hotel in February and June for 1 week each and in July for 2 weeks.
The facilities and staff are very welcoming, the Spa is especially well kept and appreciated and the hotel is easily accessible. The parking spots are large enough for SUVs and you might be treated to seeing some test cars in the parking of the hotel...
The rooms are spacious and clean, the view in the rooms are great with the mountains.
The different Massages by Ms Zanotto were amazing every single time but I was rather surprised that she was always alone handling the entire Spa. Nevertheless her professionalism was deeply appreciated by me and my colleagues.
The bar and restaurant are extremely nice, the personnel of the bar is amazing and the cocktails are well worth it as they always provide a little (but very good) food with them.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the overall experience even better. The hotel also offers good facilities, and everything was well-organized and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a great value for money and I would happily stay here again in the future.
I have annually visited the Four Points by Sheraton in Bolzano for close to 10 years. The hotel consistently provides exceptional service by every employee, service, and staff member. The staff at the check-in desk are friendly, speak multiple languages, and help with recommendations and directions (purchasing bus and train passes). The breakfast is one of my all time favorites. There is an onsite chef who makes custom orders. In addition, there is an assortment of fresh fruit, breads, vegetables, yogurts, cheeses, deli meets, baked goods, juicer, and espresso machine. The restaurant, also located on-site, is excellent. They serve lunch and dinner. I recently tried a spicy pasta dish which left me completely content. The staff, especially a gentleman by the name of Tuhin, ensure guests are served promptly. I recommend the restaurant for either business or pleasure. Based on the quality of the dishes, I can tell the chef takes pride in their work. During a recent visit in November 2025, Tuhin asked if we wanted to wait a bit after finishing dinner so we could digest before bringing out the desserts. We laughed and agreed. I will continue visiting and recommending the Four Points by Sheraton to anyone I know who is traveling to Bolzano. The hotel is a 15 minute casual bus ride to the plaza center.
Great room, upgraded to a Junior Suite thanks to my Marriott member status. Efficient check-in, quick check-out, and team helpful for everything.
While the accommodations and hotel in general are very good, the staff is outstanding. Obviously well-trained, the people with whom I had interactions were both personable and professional, especially Miriam, Daniela and Slavik (who makes a great gin and tonic every time!)
This is not a charming hotel. I've been to more attractive 4 Point Hotels. This is more of a tour staging point. The bar is so loud. The lounge/ding area is clunky and huge. Lots of dead space. Boring rooms. Clean and modern.
Well meaning staff. Very good cheese board.
Far from Bolzano town.
NB at night no taxis/Ubers from airport.
Most notably, our room, Presidential Suite #520, had a bug issue. We woke up on Saturday morning with mosquito bites all over our arms. I also wound up with a large visible bite on my face which is still there five days later. We woke up with more bites on Sunday morning and when I leaned over the sink and brushed off my arm, see pic below of the insect that fell into the sink. I let them know on Sunday that the room would need to be treated for bugs. I’m not sure if mosquitos / bugs were coming in at night with turning on the ventilation system but obviously this is unacceptable and I am not at all pleased that five days later, I still have a mark on my face.
I was offered a small discount at check out in light of the bug situation. There is no discount reflected on my receipt even though I requested a detailed invoice via email, showing the discount given. I was thanked for my feedback and no additional / updated invoice was sent.
Clearly we will not be staying at the property again. We have actually stayed here many times over many years. At this point, the hotel is looking rather worn and is in need of a refresh anyway. Our “presidential suite” was rather rundown looking with worn carpets and not well-stocked with towels.
I booked this directly on the Bonvoy app and mistakenly booked for 1 adult. There were two of us. I was confused that there would be an extra charge as I was sure that I had booked for two but in fact, I had accidentally booked for one, so I said fine. I did not ask what the extra charge per person was but apparently it was 50 euros / night for my husband. Ok, but he went to the breakfast room on Saturday morning to grab two cups of coffee and was told “one per person.” The posted price in the breakfast room was 30 euros per person.
It’s hardly a good value for money when you book their top tier room, find it disappointing, get munched by bugs, receive rude service for wanting coffee at 50 euros / day and was not given the professional courtesy of a detailed and updated receipt.
Four Points by Sheraton was a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our room with a great view! We also enjoyed the bar and free appetizers each evening. The staff was so very friendly. We did use the indoor pool and hot tub plus the sauna and steam room. I also had 2 massages during my stay there that were spectacular. The breakfast that was included was also excellent.

Great hotel after a long travel day. Good service. Good bar!
Two small elevators service the lobby of this hotel. Each one is capable of holding four guests and their suitcases so you can imagine how long it took for 42 of us (we were part of a tour group), plus other guests, to get to our rooms. We had room 504. Ours was a large room with a king bed and nice bedding. Our view was to the south over industrial buildings. There was only one luggage rack holder, I had to use a chair for my bag. They provided a nice desk with a desk lamp, chair, and electrical outlet. There was a small refrigerator, in-room safe, and fixings for coffee/tea in our room. The bathroom had a tub/shower and a bidet as well as the toilet. We experienced poor internet connection at this hotel.
I booked one room, as I always do at all Marriott hotels when traveling with my husband. When I checked in they asked if it was just me. I told them my husband as well, to which they replied that would be 50 extra Euros. I asked why that would be, and they said it’s “their policy” even they know that most Marriotts don’t charge a per person fee.
Great service. The restaurant was especially attentive and great food! Their seasonsal dishes were great! Will come again!
Large and comfy room, a bit anonymous but overall very good.
Nice spa & gym. Delicious breakfast! Thank u very much for a lovely staying!
There were students that provided table service as part of their training- super helpful, polite and great service! very well done!!
Modern hotel with a wonderful spa and pool that really elevated my experience. Breakfast was good as well.
Wonderful staff and restaurants. Very helpful arranging transportation. Sophie at the front desk is exceptional. Tahir and Ali in the restaurant efficient and gracious.
Beautiful new hotel. Comfortable, clean, excellent restaurant.
Hotel is nice and have large rooms. The inside pool was very warm and jacuzzi always full with people. The location wasn’t the best but still had visible Dolomites.
The service is impecable, the dishes were cooked to perfection without being over the top pretentious but with all the right attention to detail and the wines were delightful. Mostly I appreciated the ability of the restaurant to be high class without being snobbish or stuck up. As always it’s the staff that makes the difference catering to all clients in the language that suited the most, being swift and accommodating whenever called. Impeccable professionalism.
