We always stay at this hotel when we travel this direction. It is in a safe neighborhood, and it has a dining facility in house. It is close to Bass Pro and a small Outlet Mall.

Location not great, no restaurants close by. Outlet mall is across the street, but most stores are empty. Restaurant on site is “ok”, but no room service option. Overall room is clean and bed comfy.

We got the handicapped room because my wife likes to take baths but the helper rails on the tub were not in the best place to assist her getting up and out. She managed to do it but could have been better. Other than all was good. It would be nice if the breakfast was included as complimentary.

This is my third time staying at the Holiday Inn in Pearl/Jackson, MS. They have a great room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. It’s always nice to come to the room and it’s so cool and welcoming. The best thing I like about this HI is the restaurant/bar. Great drinks in the evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning! 10/10

It was great. The staff, for the most part, was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good. We did the included option that was a little bit of extra money. Totally worth it. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was clean!

Indoor pool is cold and dirty
Pros:

We booked this hotel because it had a heated indoor pool. We went to swim and the pool heater was out and it was dirty. We mentioned it to the front desk and they just said oh well sorry.

Couple’s Retreat
Pros:

My husband & I decided to stay @ this hotel. We love Holiday Inn! This one was very nice, customer service was great! Our room was very spacious, the bar had good drinks and they also had a full restaurant. My husband is a smoker and this hotel allows smoking on the back patio! We really enjoyed our stay. We will book again soon!
