Very good stay in a quirky hotel in a great location.

This was a return trip just to relax in the village and that is what we did.

Fantastic Location, Friendly Staff.
Pros:

Fantastic Location friendly staff and very helpful. There are no coffee sachets in the room only tea. When I asked the lady at reception came straight back with two cappuccino sachets 🙏

Cons:

The Stairs no lift as it’s a old listed building but they kindly helped with all our luggage and the other small issue WiFi did not work in the bedroom to far from the repeater only worked in the lounge room.

Very quant place in a great location with outstanding service.
Pros:

The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. They even helped get our luggage to the upper floor despite not having an elevator. The hotel had great outdoor areas to lounge and relax. Our room had a great view of the marina.

Historisches Haus in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist die historischen Villa des ehemals berühmten Tenors Tino Pattiera und liegt sehr zentral, nahe zum Busbahnhof und Parkplatz direkt an der Uferpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Boutiquen. Die auf den Fotos gezeigten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und elegant eingerichtet. An der Rückseite war eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten je Stockwerk mit Blick auf eine alte Kapelle und die umliegenden teilweise noch in Ruinen befindlichen Villen und Häuser mit Gärten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Auf Bestellung wurden diverse Eierspeisen oder Omeletten serviert.

Cons:

Uns wurde ein so genanntes Standard Zimmer zugewiesen, das sich im 3. Stock unter dem Dach ohne Lift befand, was für uns als über 80 Jährige unzumutbar war. Nach einigem Zögern bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein etwas größeres Zimmer im 2. Stock, ebenfalls ohne Lift, mit Blick auf den Kirchturm und die Promenade am Wasser. Der Lärm der Kirchenglocken und die Stimmen der Spaziergänger waren nur bei Offenem Fenster zu hören. Ein Swimmingpool war nicht vorhanden. Die vielversprechenden Auszeichnungen, die das Hotel erhalten hat, stammen bereits aus 2012.

Great Boutique hotel, excellent location
Pros:

We booked a last-minute, 1-night stay to give us an extra day/night in Cavtat. The hotel was right in the centre of Cavtat, so it is an excellent location.
It was a clean, high-end boutique style hotel, and our room was amazing. We had a family of 4, all over the age of 13, so we were given a bedroom and a sofa bed, which was very comfortable for me and my daughter.
The hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and they did a continental breakfast in the morning with the option of cooked eggs, omelette, etc.
Would recommend others to stay.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to get to our room. Didn't see a lift.
We managed it, but not good for someone who struggles with stairs.

Beautiful, comfortable and reasonable !
Pros:

We were so happy to stay at this absolutely beautiful hotel. It is family run which adds to the charm and all of them are so lovely! The restaurant below is where you go for breakfast every morning and it is of a very high quality. Great experience. It is very conveniently located and very comfortable.
We were a family of four - a couple and two children 6 yr and 8 yrs and were very comfortable in their family room which had a balcony to soak up some views.
Thank you so much for bringing wonderful hosts!

We had a car just fir one night ant the end of our stay. The hosts helped us get a discount fur parking which is quite expensive because of location. We paid a discounted rate of €30 for one day.
