Everything staff were very polite and accommodating room was fantastic lady at reception was wonderful and gave us a room overlooking the loch bed was so comfy room had safe hairdryer iron trousers press kettle tea and coffee Breakfast was delicious buffet style Scottish breakfast and continental tea coffee & orange or apple juice can't wait to book again

Good Value for money, great staff and not overpriced food, comfy quiet room and good breakfast.
Pros:

It was easy to find and plenty of parking, check in was easy and the receptionist was very nice and provided everything I needed. I had an evening meal, service was great in the bar and staff were very friendly and quick to serve, it was reasonably busy. There was a varied choice of bar food and I enjoyed my meal, Breakfast was again great service when I arrived advising on how the buffet worked. No faults with breakfast, good selection and all pretty fresh when I arrived 7.00am) Room had a large walk in shower and a large bed and all seemed pretty good. It was quiet and no trafic noise.

Cons:

My only issue was not the hotel but getting back onto the motor way at the roundabout at the bottom of the road, very busy at 08.00hrs and struggled to get onto it and get over to the right lane etc.

Room was big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful Had a lovely evening meal. Good value for money

Cons:

Breakfast menu was limited. I had to ask for plain yogurt and no fruit on offer.
