El lugar ubicado, las instalaciones y la limpieza

Cons:

La oferta del restaurante de la playa era muy justa y el restauranrte del hotel tenía poca variedad para la cena. Había pocas opciones de plancha.

En el hotel no se indicaba que el Spa tenía horario restringido para niños, ni que tenía un coste extra.

One particular member of staff who checked us in and later served us in the shop.

Очень красивая территория и абсолютная тишина🥰. Завтраки и ужины отличные. Много интересных книг в общественных местах.

Cons:

Единственный минус: большие спуски и подъёмы. Если вы с детьми или в возрасте - будет тяжело.

Le personnel sauve la prestation proposée.
Pros:

la gentillesse du personnel, le spa, l’environnement du site et la vue depuis la chambre.

Cons:

Appartement mal entretenu, fuite d’eau donc pas de pression à la douche, tv en panne, tourne disque à dispo mais cassé etc ..
Le parking payant mais insuffisant, mal disposé.
Les buffets copieux mais pas du tout au niveau du montant de la prestation.
Bruyant le soir dans les logements.

Pros:

Absolutamente todo. Desde que llegamos, la recepción del personal, el trato tan cercano, tan amables en todo momento. El lugar es increíble, está ubicado en una zona preciosa, las instalaciones son inmejorables, la habitación de ensueño, el personal atento a tí en todo momento y súper simpáticos. No creo que se pueda mejorar más.

Lovely hotel and great staff, and a beautiful location. Almost perfect except…
Pros:

It’s a very lovely property with a good set of activities.

Cons:

The food was truly terrible for such a high end property. They need to hire a new catering company. Also, the market store had very little food on offer and the costs of the dinner was very high for the low quality of the food. The restaurant by the beach was better.
