Location was excellent
There was nothing I didn’t like
Location overlooking water was lovely,2 min walk to Pines shopping centre,small centre with everything close, gym at centre. Accomodation clean and comfy,staff friendly James exceptionally helpful at the end of our stay, we highly recomend for affordable value for money stay.

Location was very convenient.
The price was far higher than I believe was justified for the room. Facilities were clean and comfortable but still only basic standard.
Our unit had the beautiful view of the lake so I am very grateful they gave us a view.
The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional.
It is located next to a big supermarket center so that was convenient.
Never saw a single staff member (reception remained closed for 3 days) and had to do the check-in 1 day prior online where they asked for my credit card details again.
There wasn't much cookery to actually cook with, no pan and a very much used electric cooker with no place to really place it as it was quite large.
The couch was nasty to say the least. Finally, there is no air vent in the bathroom nor the kitchen....

The shower entry door was narrow to get in and out would be helpful if the opening was wider for taller and larger size people. The kitchen stoce was a little outdated and rusty. Alot of rust around the metal doorways and skirting

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable but not a big issue and I believe due to the warm weather there were a number of flies in the bathroom on the roof
