Unfortunately my car was vandalised while staying there. A brick was thrown through my driver's side window.

Location to Pines mall was great and places to eat. On-site laundry was handy.

Cons:

Rooms not serviced daily so had 1 towel for our 4 night stay we went and brought some. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor as the glass screen had big gaps. Cleanliness was average.

Passable, but room for improvement.
Pros:

Location was excellent, but mainly because I was near someone I had come to visit (my son and daughter in law if you must know)

Cons:

1. I am 71, yet had to carry a heavy suitcase upstairs. BTW, this does not seem uncommon, but frankly it is unacceptable.
2. The unit next door was separated from me only by a door, and they were noisy.
3. Some more info to help distinguish from Bay of Isles. I wasted 35 minutes at the wrong place. (it didn't help that I arrived after the Bay of Palms day shift reception had knocked off)
3a. Not a complaint, but just so you know - there is a restaurant at Bay of Isles - I suggest you put it in as a recommendation, as it was useful to me, arriving late, with nothing else open.

Smelly sofa and musty curtains make the whole place smell

The location and the bed and pillows were okay.

Cons:

The musty smell in the studio, the noise of the people ourside of the room sounded like they were in our studio, the rubbish bins and rubbish truck waking us up early in the morning. The pool was closed. No secureity main doors all open anyone can walk off the street into the property. And the didn't like the buddas around.
Very annoyed at the smell of the room. Only enough toiletries for one person when booking was for 2. And the smell of the sofa was gross it smelt like fishy. All.and all if I could have had time to book another place I would have walk straight back out of the room. I would rather spend more money for something else. This looked good online but you can't look at the rooms before bookimg so we as guest have no other choice.
