Pros:

Close to Gold Coast airport love seeing the planes. The utensils that we needed were there. The washing machine and dryer only $3 each which was good and easy to get too.

Cons:

The shower screen was leaking water under it to the floor. Not enough milk and body wash.

Location and staff were excellent

Cons:

Maintenance of the room was poor. Mouldy shower curtain and bathroom needs an overall. Bed had hollow middle.
Sink couldn't hold water because plugs didn't seal and fit, light coming through from connecting room door

Pros:

The location was excellent for us as we were visiting family, and being so close to both the M1 and Gold Coast Highway was very helpful, as was being able to walk in to The Pines shopping centre next door. We had a Lakefront room and it certainly was - straight out the door to the seats at the lake's edge; the swan, ducks and birds kept us company. It was a studio, but quite roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We hope to return and use it as a base for family visits :)
