Bar Timings - 1/5. After 10pm you cannot even get a coke, let alone a beer

Hotel Policies - 0/5. I can understand that your card machines are out but at least let guests run a tab to pay cash at the end.

You are a thermal resort with 25 pools. I had to carry cash in every pool and try to keep it dry to pay for any beverage. Very ridiculous!

I booked Baldi Resort expecting a luxury 5-star experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First off, the Wi-Fi was completely useless. In today’s world, especially at a resort marketed as high-end, reliable internet should be a given – not a constant headache.

But the worst part? Anyone can enter the property for just $60. That means the pools and facilities are overrun with people, making it feel more like a crowded public water park than an exclusive resort. There's zero sense of privacy or comfort.

I ended up checking out early due to the chaos and poor connectivity, but when I asked for a refund because of the inconvenience, they flat-out refused. No accountability, no attempt to make things right.

Baldi Resort is falsely advertised. It’s NOT a 5-star experience – in fact, it’s not even close. Save your money and your sanity – stay somewhere else.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before this stay.
My experiences have always been 100 % and I have recommended this place many of time to US citizens that have actual stayed here. This visit unfortunately was not as enjoyable as the previous.
The front desk staff was a little less welcoming, the credit card machines didn’t work, and the bartenders didn’t really make us feel like they wanted to be there.
The only time I felt pampered or taken care of was when I got a massage at the spa. The girls that work there were so accommodating and very friendly.
