The Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel

We loved this place about everything. Its located closed to a beautiful quiet beach and we had our breakfast every morning watching the waves. The service is nice, friendly and professional. Everything perfect.
We will return.

We rented a deluxe bungalow which is perfect. Big comfortable bed, secluded in a tropical environment and spacious enough for two people. All facilities are there. But, a big shout out to the staff overall and especially to the beautiful singer Kuk at the bar, who kept everybody entertained and happy. Beautiful voice and very interactive with all the guest. So much fun. We will come back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful manicured gardens and great location on the beach.
Rooms have different styles we stayed in a bungalow near the beach and loved it.
Room fairly basic but large TV , fridge freezer (small), comfortable bed, roomy bathroom and very clean We absolutely loved it.
There is an uphill wall to the road, but there's golf buggies if you don't want to walk it.
Extremely friendly helpful staff.

Really nice hotel. Staff are lovely. Cleaners are very honest, they let you know if you’ve left anything in your room. Food is decent. We had a great time!

Avoid this resort if you don’t want to be forced into a dirty, substandard room. It is clearly their practice to intentionally overbook and "shift" guests around, breaking contracts to maximize profit.
​We arrived at 10 PM with a pregnant wife and a 4-year-old, only to be told our bungalow wasn’t available. They forced us into a "standard room" (8606) that was an absolute disgrace:
​Safety Hazard: A faulty, exposed electrical socket at child-height.
​Filthy: Insect droppings on the walls and bird feces on the windows.
​Maintenance: Broken AC (84% humidity) and wobbly, poorly maintained appliances.
​Despite having 8 hours from check-in until our arrival to address the issue, the resort did nothing. The next day, it took 2 hours of our vacation time just to move into the room we actually paid for.
​Management (Dadaa) was unprofessional, failing to follow up as promised and offering a measly 1,000–2,000 THB discount—which is insulting given the safety risks and lack of hygiene. This hotel gambles with your holiday. Don't let them pick you to "suck it up." Stay elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our time at Fair House, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were very good with our small children, especially Noree. Kim was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We would come again.

We have been staying at Fair House for a few days now and everything has been great. The staff is amazing and by far our highlight has been Mr Kim (an absolutely amazing person and he runs a tight ship)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fair House Resort in Koh Samui. The resort is beautifully set among lush gardens with a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. Driving us with the golfkarts, booking trips and taxis. Everyone was welcoming and kind, but a special mention goes to Kim, who looked after us so well!

The resort is quiet and have a beautiful atmosphere. The resort also provides new clean beach towels everyday!

We left with great memories and would happily return again. Great value for money! Highly recommended!

Location is great. More quiet beach on Chaweng noi. Chill vibe. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for money. The staff all over are very kind, helpful and you feel very welcome. Kim in the restaurant is always happy to help and comes with great recommendations on what to do in koh samui. The food is also very good and tasteful. Breakfast is the best. So many choices on food and drinks.

The guy is driving the golf cart is champs. We love them.

Amazing two weeks at this beautiful resort, perfectly located on the beach to enjoy a peaceful stay, the staff are so friendly and helpful . Da and May were wonderful and made us feel like family from the first day to the last,

We really enjoyed our stay! What really stands out is the live music of their houseband! The singer Kuk made everyone smile with her brilliant voice. They gave us the perfekt live soundtrack for a wonderful evening in paradise!

The whole stuff is super nice and very supportive! No matter what you need, if the zipper of your dress broke or you need a last minute reservation for a trip, they are always happy to help!

🌴 Peaceful Tropical Escape at Fair House Samui 🌴

We stayed at Fair House Samui last week and were truly impressed by the experience. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and warmly decorated—with a large bathtub that made relaxing even more enjoyable.

The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical greenery, creating a serene and private atmosphere. It’s quiet and peaceful throughout, perfect for unwinding. The private beach is wide and clean, ideal for morning walks or simply soaking up the sun.

Getting around was easy, and the location is very convenient. What stood out most was the staff—friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help with a smile.

Fair House Samui is a wonderful choice for couples, families, and especially kid-friendly. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family vacation, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and hospitality.

Our big group stayed here for one week. We enjoyed the breakfast, beach side pool be location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
It’s quite a large properly and golf carts are available to drive you around. The restaurant is decent for meals and well priced for a hotel. We ate twice for dinner on the beach and as it was quiet we had the whole beach to ourselves, it was very special.
The double storey family rooms are great. Some of the basic rooms can be a bit dark.

This si the hotel who most has offered us all we deamed in one shot. Excellent beach, restaurant with good food, oceanfront masssges etc

Our office agrees that this hotel is at the top worldwide.
The Yellow Beach is immaculate. White sand, no seaweed or trash, warm waters.
Restaurant offers a variety of dishes western and Asian. Buffet Breakfast is excellent-delicious and all tables are located with an oceanview.
Rooms either are right in front of the ocean or with lavish garden views.
Overall service is gracious- amazing customer service. Sandnaa took great care of us….

Top-tier service and hospitality! Beachfront for the hotel is awesome too, has everything you need (e.g. massage booths and jet-ski rental) with lovely restaurant and pool-bar nearby.

Live music at the restaurant is lovely too, Kuk is an amazing performer!
