Great spot in Broadbeach.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff were able to get us into our room early. The room itself was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Air con worked well and the ocean view from the large balcony on level 16 was amazing. The pool area was fantastic as were the indoor facilities (pool, spa, gym, sauna, steam room).

Gold Coast at its Best
Pros:

Very clean and very spacious. Love being within walking distance to absolutely everything including a patrolled beach. Amazing views.

Great location but the apartments need renovation and to get rid of the old smell

Great location. Close to restaurants and shops

Cons:

The whole place smells old and furnitures quite dated. Had to provide own shampoo, shower gel, tissues and beach towels, which alot of other self-catered apartments also provide.

Overall a good stay, good value and location is great.
Pros:

It was close enough to the surf club and broadbeach to walk to. Rooms were clean and tidy. Parking great. Receiption team were really good, very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were a litle tired, fittings, lights need a refresh.

Fantastic, would book there again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Apartment was lovely and spacious. A bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. We had lots of family over for a lunch, so it was perfect for that.

Cons:

There was a large glass window from the entrance to the master bedroom looking straight into the bathroom. Bit awkward with visitors.
