Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with sea views . Close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here a

We had a sea view which cost a bit more but worth it . Close to beach , pacific fair and tram . 5 minute walk to town centre . 2 bedroom appartment was exceptional big , Spacious and very clean . Free parking space provided . Staff were very friendly and helpful 😊

Loved the size of the rooms, outdoor facilities were fantastic and amazingly well kept for. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Great stay for the family indoor facilities were great for days when weather was not good. Friendly
Pros:

Love the facilities and sizes of the room. Lot of space for the family don't find 3 bed property that big these days. Love the ice in the freezer.

Cons:

Understand the property are quite old however mould on the curtains in unit 33 was not good sites when walking in.

Location - quick walk to supermarket and cafes. Right opposite the beach and playground for the kids.

Location amenity and facilities. I have been visiting Carmel for over two decades. Having stayed in the 1, 2, 3 bedrooms the 3bed suites and sub penthouses over the years. Carmel is without competion or comparison. This is the first and finest Jewel in Broadbeach.

Staff would benefit from more training
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Issues with staff, poor training regarding account management. I paid in advance but was charged for my stay 2 more times before the issue was resolved. I incurred overdraw fees on my account as a result. No apology by staff, given just confused excuses.
