Pros:

Location amenity and facilities. I have been visiting Carmel for over two decades. Having stayed in the 1, 2, 3 bedrooms the 3bed suites and sub penthouses over the years. Carmel is without competion or comparison. This is the first and finest Jewel in Broadbeach.

Staff would benefit from more training

Cons:

Issues with staff, poor training regarding account management. I paid in advance but was charged for my stay 2 more times before the issue was resolved. I incurred overdraw fees on my account as a result. No apology by staff, given just confused excuses.

Pros:

Had room 21 - 3-Bedroom Apartment. views of the ocean facing south east. Rooms very spacious. the ensuite was huge facilaties were excellent. BBQ are huge and well maintained. Close to the beach and restaurants
