Wonderful location with a room that had fantastic views
Pros:

The location was great as walking distance to everything and our room was lovely and spacious with a fantastic view, so wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice time.
Pros:

Tennis Courts, outdoor area. Location and view is excellent.

Cons:

Our apartment was on Level 14. Bathrooms are dated and showing molds. No exhaust in Bathroom (Maybe there was but it was like none)
Sofa needs up updating.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille très agréable.

Le cadre très agréable, proche de la plage et des commerces.
L’accès à une salle de sport est très bien.
Le personnel est accueillant.
La buanderie dans l’appartement est un plus.

Cons:

Dans la chambre parentale, il aurait fallu un lit King size car il était trop petit et pas très confortable. De plus, dans chaque lit, nous aurions préféré des couettes et housses de couette, et non des plaids, pour une question d’hygiène et toujours de confort.

Pros:

The apartment was more spacious than the pictures show so this was a pleasant surprise. The pool area along with BBQ area, steam room and sauna are amazing. They are so beautiful and inviting that it makes you want to use these areas. The views from the room were so lovely too and only a short walk from the main strip in Broadbeach. Would definitely recommend coming here and we hope we can go back one day.

Cons:

The noise levels from construction works taking place within the building were terrible. And what's even worse is that we were not notified prior to our arrival,nor upon arrival that we would have to put up with this noise. So this was disappointing. Having said that, the manager Krista was so wonderful, kind and understanding when we raised this issue. The way she managed our complaint had us feeling like we wanted to continue our stay there rather than moving elsewhere so hats off to Krista!! Although the situation was disappointing, it will not stop is from staying here again.

Wonderful bright & clean apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Beautiful premises in a great location, with sea views from large balcony. Easy walk to Pacific Square Shopping Centre, Casino, tram & Draculas, plus a smaller shopping complex 5 minute walk away with Woolworths, pub, specialty shops. The heated pool was an added bonus, as was the gym and sauna.

Cons:

Perhaps a few basics in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Only one tea towel, no paper towel etc.

Perfect location and size for our adult family to gather, and to travel to competition site each day

Location, apartment size is very generous - including the bedrooms and bathrooms, easy to access secure parking by road, short walk to various shops, cafes and restaurants, good facilities onsite. Very clean.

Pros:

Great location. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The lobby and facilities look to be newly renovated which was very nice. The views were amazing.
