Spacious accommodation next to the beach
Pros:

Great facilities, outdoor and indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Great views of the beach. Extra large living spaces. Right beside the park, 5min walk to shopping centers.

Cons:

Some of the kitchen items need updating.

Good, comfortable enough.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, nice pool and saunas

Cons:

Old shower screen, old electric power points coming off the wall, dining table losing its surface, dishwasher wheels losing tracks, no black tea bags, toilet system weak.

Relaxing
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times now, it’s in the best location & has fabulous facilities. We always get ocean view because it’s amazing. Park the car and walk everywhere. Have already booked our next stay.

Cons:

This is the first time we’ve had a room where there is no blind on the ensuite window that goes through the master bedroom. We really disliked not having privacy on the toilet, it’s an easy fix and I believe a necessary one. It also means that one person can’t use the ensuite if someone else is asleep because the light is so bright. Please put a blind up, other rooms have them. Also the drying rack was not suitable, it’s cheap and flimsy and fell over with the slightest breeze. Some cleanliness issues when we arrived - the floor in the kitchen was greasy which was unpleasant. Maintenance issues reported were fixed once the weekend was over. Still could not get main bedroom balcony door open and the seals weren’t adequate to keep the wind noise out at night.

The hotel facilities and common area’s are fantastic. Gym, sauna and steam room again were fantastic. Location is great with easy access to parks and shops. Staff were all lovely and a pleasure to chat with. View from our room again was great.

Cons:

Our room was average and in need of a renovation for sure. The room was a great size and great layout it was just dated and in need of a renovation and a really good clean. Carpets were stained, couch was uncomfortable and stained and the furniture felt like it was going to fall apart. Every time we moved a dining chair we had to vacuum up the mess it left from the fabric falling apart from under the chairs. Kitchen floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped or steam cleaned in some time.

Great location but room needs some love
Pros:

Location is amazing. Rooms felt private which can be an issue with Gold Coast with apartments looking into you the whole time. Good size and we paid for a high floor so loved watching the whales go past. Close to everything in Broadbeach. Easy after hours check in.

Cons:

Room was very shabby. Paint chipped off wall, broken tiles around bath. Carpet worn. Dining chairs stained. Tiny tv in master. Blankets didn’t look very clean and as it was winter and one bedroom didnt have any reverse aircon, we needed to use them. We have stayed at lots of places in Broadbeach and for the money, was hoping for a better quality room.

Wonderful location with a room that had fantastic views
