När vi bokade familjerummen på detta hotell var det ett överkomligt pris för ett boende med fyra stjärnor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ men vilken besvikelse, rummen var slitna och köket saknade allt vad man borde kräva. Vi bad direkt efter bättre rum. Bättre var det men köket saknade allt vad man kan kräva. Hårtorken var bruten på sladden, livsfarlig att använda. Städning som sen utfördes fick vi själva fixa till då det var smutsigt på golven. Om man nu inte gillar AC, så vill man ju ha fönster eller dörrar med myggnät, men saknas helt. Hotellet borde nog totalrenoveras för att få behålla sina fyra stjärnor. Nu Max ⭐️⭐️ TV UTBUDET KASST, och sen hade de en lista på vad allt kostade om det saknades något eller gått sönder i rummen , som exempel en tesked 100 thb och sedan uppåt 🥵 👎 och sist kineser som spottade i poolen.

The room they gave us was very outdated and worn out. The shower head kept falling out. We only had one chair in the room for 3 people. I got a triple room. Everyone was responsive and helpful right away to fix issues we had. Staff was above and beyond helpful. The pool was nice. Sauna is NOT working. I booked this b/c I wanted the sauna for my mom so disappointed in that. Food choices for breakfast were hit or miss. Other guests were the problem. 1st night people next door were loud and drunk (not hotel problem they have no control). Police were called one evening. After they left (day 3) it was quiet. The walls are paper thin. We stayed for 19 days. It was def. a good value.

The location is great. Can understand that the hotel is an old buidling old style hotel but at the end it is clean it have the facility that the hotel should have. It is right in the city, free car park, swiming pool, air-connis cold.

Good value for money
Pros:

For the price you pay well worth it. But be aware it’s a little off you have to take taxi all the time. No 7 eleven near and limited with restaurants in the area. The best at this hotel is the pool area. Breakfast was under average in Thailand and also cold food, if you read this let the food be warmed up during the whole breakfast open hours not only when newly cooked.
