Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Es war nicht weit weg vom Zentrum.
Das Personal am Frühstücksbüffet war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ging kaum und das bei Außen Temperaturen von 36 Grad.
Da der Check in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist, sind alle um 15 Uhr angekommen. Da der Mann an der Rezeption alleine war, war er komplett überfordert.
Das Hotel hat bei der unerträglichen Hitze für die Anreisenden Wasser vorbereitet, sehr gute Idee, ABER! keine Gläser bzw. alle waren bereits benutzt.

Cologne tour
Pros:

The size of the triple room was quite huge, good enough to fit a family with 2 children or upto 3 adults. We liked that the room was given to us earlier. We liked the provision of cold water at the reception.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, we wanted to call the reception only to notice there was no telephone in the room either. A trip to the chocolate museum meant we couldnt buy many chocolates or cool our water because there was no fridge in our room. We stayed for 2 nights and the air conditioning was not cooling, when we informed the reception, they mentioned that the room would take time to cool. On day two, we noticed that the housekeeping didnt clean our rooms and we were not informed by the reception upon checkin that we had to notify them for housekeeping before 12pm everyday. Another technician came a day later to fix the airconditioning and it worked well. We were given new towels, however the old towels were left there.

Großzügiges und ideal eingerichtete Zimmer mit viel Stauraum und gemütlich.
Betten - Matratzen bequem
Badezimmer großzügig mit Badewanne und große Ablagefläche
Hatten ein Zimmer im sechsten Stockwerk, sehr ruhig
Vom Treppenhaus aus guter Blick auf die Dom-Türme

Frühstücksraum praktisch und trotzdem mit dem gewissen Etwas.

Frühstücksbuffet gut und für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und können das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen

Perfect value for money
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. We ate outside. Very specious rooms, good location, nice staff. I would book it again. Everything in a walking distance. Not so noisy as in the central of the city, but very close.
