Un grand hôtel bien situé en bord de mer.
La chambre avec vue sur mer était simple mais propre et bien aménagée.
Personnel sympathique et accueillant
Le self à volonté est certes intéressant mais la qualité laisse parfois à désirer.
Idéal pour les familles probablement, beaucoup moins pour une ou deux personnes.
Salle de restauration bruyante et la boisson n'est comprise que pendant les repas.
Petite salle de sport sympa
Trop de monde pour nous.
Les gens ne sont pas très respectueux ni en réservant les transats au bord de la piscine, ni dans la nourriture à volonté.
Manque de contrôle de l'hôtel et surveillance inexistante. Tout le monde entre et sort de l'hotel et du restaurant comme il veut.
Pas de douche obligatoire à la piscine et aucune action sur ceux qui abusent lorsqu'il y a du monde. Dommage car l'endroit reste sympa...mais pas si vous recherchez la tranquilité.
Le pension complète reste quand même très chère

We booked this holiday through British Airways Holidays.
Candidly, this is by no means a 4* hotel, it is as a result very difficult to identify any good points. We arrived on the weekend of a public holiday, check-in was perfunctory with no care for arriving guests needs or requirements. On subsequent visits to reception the same attitude was present.
The room was small even though it was described as a Superior Double with balcony (incidentally which overlooked the car park). The bathroom was, at best, dated with a shower over the bath which leaked through the entirety of our stay. On the one occasion the shampoo container was replenished, this was with water making it unusable.
Dining was in buffet form, but only once you queued for entry (at dinner), there is limited external and non-smoking seating, so a race to find a table was necessary. There is a large external smoking terrace but that is not marked as such, and the non-smoking area is not policed. Who wants to eat while people are smoking or vaping on and adjacent table.
Lastly, the pool and sun bed area is closed until 0800, another queue forms as a result followed by a race to find beds as there aren’t enough for all. Even though access is restricted, towels are still present when the gate opens and are often left on beds which are then unoccupied all day. Lastly, don’t mention the pool/towel attendant, he works limited hours but is the rudest and surliest individual you might even have the misfortune to meet.
