Ξεκούραστη διαμονή με πολλές ανέσεις
Pros:

Πλούσιο και ποιοτικό πρωινό. Προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και φιλικό. Όμορφα, καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Εξαιρετικό το spa center με δωρεάν σάουνα και εσωτερική πισίνα, ό,τι έπρεπε μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα στην πόλη. Δοκιμάσαμε και φαγητό από το room service, που ήταν αρκετά καλό και όχι ακριβό.

Cons:

Δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο από τη διαμονή. Θα προτιμούσα το κουδούνι του ασανσερ να μην ακουγόταν τόσο δυνατά γιατί καμμιά φορά ενοχλούσε στο δωμάτιο, αλλά αυτό είναι λεπτομέρεια.

Pros:

The location near Taksim Square and public transport is excellent. Breakfast is a feast. We enjoyed the sauna and pool. A super clean hotel and very helpful staff.

Remarkable!
Pros:

- Locations/vibe:
were definitely good. You can get along by walk through the Taksim Square which is very famous. When you get a Taxi, it's very easy! I think this is the most important to me. You should not waiste a lot if time waiting.
- Features/Amenities:
Execellent I should say, spacious rooms and modern conveniences. Breakfast was Fantastic with a lots of Varieties. Thanks To Mr. Mustafa. Wonderful Greeted Smile. Very Polite and well mannered.
- Atmosphere/Comfort:
Bed were comfortable to sleep, Ambiance were perfectly amazing. Cleanliness were outstanding. Thanks to Nilay Geribas. She's amazing, greeted you always with a Smile and very polite manners.

Cons:

- Service/Staff: 0 "Zero" Had an experience to odered a wine at the evening reception, answered and made your oder. But the Service man brought an invoice without a Ballpen to sign. Took longer time. And brought the Wine without a corkscrew to open the Wine Bottle. Called the evening reception many times "no answering" went to the reception very Frustrated. Imagine doing this was a bad Service.
- Efficiency: 0 "Zero" This is the Highlights of the Hotel.
I made a 0 "zero" Evaluation because of the reception. He's a Bald guy from Iran. First and foremost the Check-in.
This is the most crucial way of welcoming the Guest. He keep us Waiting qnd called suddenly asking immediately the Deposit which is like that you can't afford to pay.
No further good explanations about the Wifi, and time for Breakfast. As in Nothing! Very disappointed.

- All the Receptionist are well kind ,very helpful and well mannered. Except this Iranian Guy. Because of this mistook the whole Team were involved. This management would implies "Actions " because he's ruining/damaging the Hotel's Image.

Prijetne počitnice vendar nas Istanbul ni preveč navdušil, mesto odkljukano.
Pros:

Prostorna soba in čista, zajtrk odličen (veliko izbire, sveža zelenjava in sadje), osebje prijazno in ustrežljivo, blizu trga Taksim, odlične savne, tri dvigala tako da se ne čaka predolgo

Cons:

Razsvetljava bi lahko bila boljša (pretemno za branje knjige), v kopalnici se luč pod umivalnikom ne da ugasniti, hrup iz hodnika in sosednjih sob, bazen potreben manjših obnovitvenih del.
