Clean, vip room on the 11th floor was kind of pricey but it was good. The other rooms on Lower floors were average and below my expectations.

Close to Taksim Square, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful booking transport.
Pillows too hard and high. They need to provide some softer pillows.

The room service providing only one water bottle per day for each room, i think this is the only issue we faced in our stay with my family
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and honestly, everything in the room was excellent. It was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed.
The only minor thing I noticed was that the lighting in my room felt a little dim for my personal preference. However, the rest of my family thought it was perfectly fine, so this is just my personal opinion.
The property was new and very clean. The staff were friendly and cooperative in addressing any issues promptly. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around.
Initially, the suite only had a sofa for the third guest. After we requested a bed, the hotel staff quickly provided a foldable bed, and the issue was resolved.

The building was new
During our first morning, we were delayed for a long time because the hotel staff could not find that our booking included breakfast. We were initially denied access to breakfast, and only after a lengthy process involving both the hotel staff and Booking.com—whom I had to contact myself—did they confirm that breakfast was included.
However, even after we were allowed into the restaurant, a staff member came to us again and claimed that the payment shown on the booking was for an extra bed for my son rather than breakfast, which was incorrect. We had to leave the restaurant once more, return to reception, and contact Booking.com again. After another long delay, the hotel finally confirmed that breakfast was indeed included. This entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and far from the level of professionalism expected from a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast itself was also disappointing. We found a hair in the food, which raised concerns about hygiene. Additionally, while boiled eggs and some fried egg options were included in the breakfast buffet, guests were required to pay an extra charge if they wanted a freshly prepared sunny-side-up egg. This was unexpected and felt unreasonable, especially for a hotel advertised as having a 4-star standard with breakfast included.
In addition, the towels provided in our room were old, stained, and yellowish in color. I had to request a replacement, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Based on our experience, I question whether the hotel’s rating accurately reflects the quality of service and facilities provided.
