Overall, I’d recommend it for the location and breakfast.
Pros:

Great location for a short stay in Madrid! We could walk to many major sights, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby and Mercado San Miguel right across the street.

Cons:

The hotel is quaint but a bit dated, and the entrance is easy to miss. Breakfast was a highlight. Service was mixed, and a communication mix-up meant we packed and brought our bags downstairs to change rooms
