Problem with hot water, totally lost it one morning when me & my Son wanted showers, also ran cold on two other occasions

It was just accross about everything. Mercado, placa mayor..

Cons:

The smell of the hotel’s hallway and the airconditioner in the room smelled like vomit/ sewer
And there was also a cockroach at the bathroom😢

- grundsätzlich gut ausgestattetes Zimmer
- gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Fazit: Preis Leitung stimmt wenn man bedenkt das 4 Sterne im Ausland meistens eher 2-3 sind

Cons:

- Badezimmer nach Duschen überflutet da keine Scheibe nur ca. Hälfte der Dusche
- Safe der einen im Schrank entgegenfliegt
- rotes Licht wenn die Karte steckt
- Badezimmer sehr ungepflegt Dusche hängt, Wasser sehr komisch erst heiß dann immer kälter man muss ständig nach drehen
- kein kostenloses Wasser trotz 4 Sterne Hotel
- unsauber nur Flecken am Boden werden weggemacht Staub wird vergessen (haben Test gemacht)
- Flächen wie Tisch oder Waschbecken werden wohl gar nicht geputzt
- sehr laut man hört das gesamte Stockwerk + die Straße + Wasserleitungen
- schlechte Kopfkissen
- raue Handtücher

Great Hotel for a one or two night stay, it’s location is perfect

Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault, but I didn’t do my research properly, we stayed 4 nights but I don’t believe this hotel is suitable for a 4 night stay as it has absolutely no facilities where a resident can relax. It’s either go outside or stay in bed, the weather was really bad on our last day so going out wasn’t an option

Nice Hotel kind staff and perfect location
Pros:

Hotel is in amazing location. You can reach everywhere by walk . Heart of Madrid . The staff was very helpful and kind . İ will definitely book again this place .

Cons:

Our room Bed sheets was bad it was opening all the time during the sleep , but pillows and beds comfortable . Housekeeping was a little bit noisy but reception helped us about that .
