Nice stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Location of the hotel is perfect. It is at the heart of Madrid. Breakfast was fine and enough. Rooms are so clean, rooms were cleaned everyday.

Cons:

There is an unpleasant smell once you open the door of the room. When you enter the room, in a minute or so you do not get the smell, in that sense it is good. In fact, rooms are quite clean, and they are not furnished with carpet, there is wooden flooring, I did not understand where such a smell comes from.

Very nice, clean and well layed out. Enjoyed the view over the street to the front. Absolutely great shower facility. Very comfortable bed. A very nice selection and variety for breakfast. Very Helpful front desk, able to help me through my lack of Spanish language skills.

ארוחת הבוקר - נחמדה, לא הרבה מגוון, אבל מה שהיה היה טעים
מיקום המלון - פשוט מעולה - על פלאזה מאיור - קרוב לכל דבר, אפשר להתנייד ברגל.
צוות המלון - נחמד ואדיב.

ממלון שמדורג כ 4 כוכבים הייתי מצפה ליותר מתקנים (לובי, חדר אוכל יותר מפואר, מגוון אוכל רב יותר, טלויזיה עם ערוצים בינלאומיים ולא רק ערוצים בספרדית)
