Mi experiencia ha sido muy por debajo de las expectativas

Al realizar el check-in nos solicitaron una tarjeta de crédito como garantía para cargar cualquier gasto adicional. En nuestro caso, teníamos pendiente el pago de un upgrade de habitación (que, sinceramente, considero que no valió la pena debido al estado y la calidad de la habitación), además del suplemento por nuestra mascota y el parking, cuyo precio ya es elevado y al que, además, resulta bastante complicado acceder.

Al hacer el check-out, la recepcionista me informó de que había cargos pendientes. Le indiqué que los cobrara a la tarjeta que habíamos dejado como garantía durante el check-in. Sin embargo, se negó a hacerlo alegando que era necesario presentar la tarjeta físicamente. Esa era precisamente la tarjeta con la que queríamos realizar el pago, pero pertenecía a mi marido, que en ese momento ya se había marchado a trabajar. La recepcionista no me ofreció ninguna alternativa ni solución, por lo que me vi obligada a pagar con otra tarjeta que no tenía intención de utilizar.

En cuanto a la habitación, la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Considero que el hotel no está a la altura de un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas; en mi opinión, tres estrellas sería una clasificación más acorde con lo que ofrece.

Lo único realmente eestacable fue la amabilidad del recepcionista del turno de noche y de la persona encargada de la limpieza de las habitaciones, quienes en todo momento fueron muy atentos y profesionales.

Como detalle adicional, el agua “fresca” que ofrecen en el lobby rara vez está realmente fría y, además, pasan largos periodos sin reponerla.

En definitiva, mi experiencia ha sido muy por debajo de las expectativas y no volvería a alojarme en este hotel. Considero que tiene mucho margen de mejora en prácticamente todos los aspectos.

Queremos destacar mucho la atención de Cindy nos hizo el check in por la noche y el check out a la salida, muy simpática, agradable y nos dio muchas recomendaciones, volveremos seguro y esperamos verla de nuevo!!!

La comodidad de la habitación muy completa, buenas camas y buen aire acondicionado para poder descansar bien estas noches de verano.

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir que no me gustó es que no habia en el baño el tipico limpiador de baño

Location is very central to the Plaza
Pros:

The location was the best thing about the hotel and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Small rooms which wasn’t a huge problem but made it a little challenging with our bags. The room on the surface was clean but we dropped something on the floor and went to pick up and noticed under the bed had not been cleaned in sometime a lot of dust and some discarded clothing of some sort covered in dust.

Goed verblijf middenin de oude stad.
Pros:

De ligging is echt super, je kunt bijna overal naar toe lopen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. De 2 eenpersoonsbedden waren ook goed. Airco werkte. Ruime badkamer.

Cons:

De airco maakt veel lawaai.

good place location but facilities need maintenance .
Pros:

Hotel too expensive for the facilities and amenities included for a week is not the best options.

Cons:

Room too small and the facilities showed low maintenance , cloths with black spots , doors damages , and chair appearances too old.
