Pros:

Very disappointing experience – hotel to avoid

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely poor. The reception staff together with the sales team appear to be involved in practices that redirect or misuse clients’ funds for personal benefit. The way payments and services are handled raises serious concerns and gives the impression of a fraudulent circuit that leaves guests at a financial loss.

Security is also a major issue. The swimming pool and gym are accessible to people from outside the hotel, without any proper control. At the pool, non-hotel guests were present, behaving inappropriately (including spitting in the water), which makes the environment feel unsafe and unhygienic. Because of this, I was afraid to leave my personal belongings unattended, as items can easily disappear.

The towels provided are of very poor quality and far below the standard expected from an international hotel brand.

Overall, this property does not meet the standards it claims. In my opinion, it should be rated no more than 3 stars. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Ne yazık ki bu oteldeki deneyimim son derece olumsuzdu. Resepsiyon personeli ile satış ekibinin, müşterilerin paralarını kişisel çıkarları doğrultusunda yönlendirdiği veya kötüye kullandığı izlenimi oluşmaktadır. Ödeme ve hizmet süreçleri ciddi soru işaretleri doğuruyor ve misafirleri maddi olarak zarara uğratan, şüpheli bir sistem olduğunu düşündürüyor.

Güvenlik konusunda da büyük problemler var. Havuz ve spor salonuna otel dışından kişiler hiçbir denetim olmadan girebiliyor. Havuzda otel misafiri olmayan kişilerin bulunması ve uygunsuz davranışları (havuz içine tükürme gibi) ortamı hem hijyenik olmayan hem de güvensiz hale getiriyor. Bu nedenle kişisel eşyalarınızı gözetimsiz bırakmaktan çekiniyorsunuz; çünkü kaybolma riski yüksek.

Havlular çok kalitesiz ve uluslararası bir otelden beklenen standartların çok altında.

Pros:

Kambaryje buvo šilta. Pusryčiai gausūs, skanūs. Tik maistas, kuris turėtų būti karštas/šiltas, buvo gerokai pravėsęs. Skani kava.

Cons:

Atšalęs maistas, nors valgyta tik prasidėjus pusryčių laikui. Vykdomi remonto darbai.
