So close to Tel Aviv Art Museum, the light train and shopping. Great in door swimming pool. My third stay and very happy.
It was very interesting to stay there at the beginning of the war, but they were understanding and they cared about people safety. They didn’t give any deal since we were stuck, but I asked anyway I stayed one extra night and then found a place that was cheaper.

Location is good and facilities are good and front-line staff are fine, but unfortunately senior management is unhelpful and not accommodating. They are not honouring the Terms and Conditions of IHG Diamond member benefits to provide hot breakfast, and want to charge for it. So if you're a Diamond member, think twice before coming here and expecting to get your benefits.
