Nice stay but overpriced
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located for travelers. It had nice rooms, friendly, helpful staff, and for being as close to the interstate, and having a full house, it was a very quiet facility. Breakfast was yummy. Though we didn’t use it, the pool looked nice.

Cons:

The price. Because of several sporting events happening in the Boise area, a hotel room was hard to come by, which meant we spent more for a room than we prefer to spend. I did not feel this hotel was much different than others we have stayed in, but at a much different price rate.

Wir kamen gegen 22:30 Uhr an und obwohl unsere Karte - wie bei allen anderen Hotels vorher auf unserem Roadtrip auch - hinterlegt war und andere Unterkünfte sogar schon vorher abgebucht haben, hieß es dann, die Buchung sei gecancelt worden, weil das Hotel voll war und man (bei einer 24h Rezeption!) nicht gewusst hätte, ob wir noch kommen würden. Und das von einer so großen Hotelkette?! Geht gar nicht und würde ich nie wieder buchen, nicht mal bei Booking stand das Hotel als storniert drin - da hätte man sich ja vielleicht rechtfertigen müssen...
