Paradise in Ontario
Pros:

I've stayed here multiple times (my last hotel on the road before heading home), one of my and my wife's favorite properties. Great restaurants in the vicinity, movie theater also. The amenities are wonderful (pool, hot tub, outside bbq area, outstanding breakfast area, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nothing to dislike.

Cons:

The only thing I can bring up as a negative is, there is only 1 elevator, and the bottleneck with housekeeping using the same elevator as the patrons checking out or heading to breakfast creates longer then normal wait times (not a big deal).

Pros:

We liked the convenience to our route and the nearby places to eat. We also liked the luggage trolly provided to make transferring our belongings from the car to our room. Breakfast was good especially with the 'to go' bags for those short on time.

Cons:

Paper cups in the room. Not easy to rinse out to reuse.

Pros:

Great room for four adults and our infant grandbaby.

Nice and clean, and fluffy comfie pillows and beds. Front desk explained everything clearly and was helpful upon checking in.

Cons:

Could hear someone above us, stomping and jumping around in his room. Was a little noisy when we were trying to get to bed.

I loved the stay and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were great. Helpful, Kind, Pleasant. I interacted with many different staff members. Most were very friendly.

Cons:

Every hotel has issues. The hallway and staircase to our room had a strange smell. The smell was in our room as well. I mentioned it to staff. They attempted to mitigate it that instant. Some success. The next day, hallway and staircase were being professionally cleaned. Our room smell went away. They can't control everything that happens in the hotel but they can control their response. I think they did a great job.

Pros:

Cons:

Needs more whole wheat toast options at breakfast. Mattress was too soft. The bath towels were thin and worn.

The staff were all amazing! I can’t remember everyone’s names but Gabriela and Christian at the front desk checked us in and made us feel at home the entire stay!
