Nice clean hotel with great staff
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome, access to the hotel was easy and the location was good! Pool facilities were nice!

A comfortable place to stay for 1 night
Pros:

The rooms are nice and lots of space! The bed was a bit softer than we like but still slept well.

The breakfast was ho hum! Fake scrambled eggs!

Road Noise is Terrible
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Water did not get very hot. Also ROAD NOISE was TERRIBLE. Do NOT get a room on the freeway onramp side unless you like hearing freight trucks trying to accelerate to freeway speed all night. Absolutely miserable all night long.

Pros:

The staff was fantastic friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

The 1st room I was in had a horrible dog smell that immediately made me stuff up, but front desk was very fast to find me another room and check the room in advance for me. Big kudos to the gentlemen at front desk.

HIE came through again with a great stay.
Pros:

Always have pretty good luck at HIE. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. The room was huge and even being close to the freeway the noise level was not an issue.

Very nice staff, good breakfast options, comfortable bed and clean room.

Cons:

Sound isolation is not very good, woke up at 6:30am by other customer in the hallway and other rooms door closing
