Staybridge Suites Houston-NASA Clear Lake by IHG

This hotel was the highlight of our three weeks in the USA! Totally unexpected surprise in all respects! We chose property for its proximity to the Space Centre, and it was literally 10 minutes drive. Beautiful property, close to a selection of excellent bars and restaurants, within 5 minutes walk. The welcome at reception was genuine and friendly. The room itself was very spacious, clean, modern and well-appointed. The property has a self-serve bar, laundry, mini pantry-style grocery and dining area. Outside, the pool and surrounds were fantastic! There is a hot-tub, BBQ area and tennis courts in addition. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool on both days. There were plenty of free parking spaces outside, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. All in all - loved it - thank you Staybridge Suites - Highly recommended!

Despite all the signs that say “no smoking” they allow smokers all day and night out there.

I was just trying to relax. I moved several times to get away from it…. I even asked the front desk and they said, “oh well. Sometimes people do that.”

Yuck.

I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston NASA/Clear Lake! The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless when I arrived. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, kind, and caring, which made check in a great experience. The customer service throughout my stay was excellent.

I also enjoyed the pool, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options. My only small complaint was that the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower was a little low. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations.

I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!

We stayed there June 4-19. The employees were very friendly and professional! Jazzmon checked us in and she made sure everything was perfect for us and since it was our third year here and she thanked us for that. I don’t do elevators so she accommodated me by making sure we were on the first floor. Shaquera was absolutely friendly and professional; made sure we had everything we needed and I was tickled at her because our dIRECTV was not working and she was like “I’m not a tech but let’s see what I can do, do you need anything else?” Alicia was so sweet just extremely happy to help you! When you walked up to her, she had this smile that just made your day. Always trying to make sure you were happy and since we were there for our anniversary she put it on the screen in the dining room. She was so excited for us to see it, it made my day! Letty and Juanita are also so sweet, they made sure you had what you needed when it was time to eat and even asked “what do you like to eat? you don’t go hungry at staybridge.” The housekeepers were very sweet as well. Kept everything so clean and smelling so nice, I was very pleased! The only time they didn’t check on you is when you left the note “no housekeeping today.” We were very pleased with that. The property itself was clean, the rooms are very nice; it’s away from traffic and quiet. We used the grill this time and my husband loved it! The beds are very comfortable, I absolutely loved the room we had. I would recommend staybridge Webster TX to anyone! My only complaint is there was one lady there that worked at the front desk that was so sweet and helpful; I didn’t get her name unfortunately. We enjoyed our stay and Lord willing we will be there next year!

Great parking at no extra charge , good location, lovely accommodation, great staff and breakfast included

Great location especially for a visit to Houston Space Center. Lovely staff, comfortable, great car parking at no extra charge, clean, safe and washing machines and dryers available.

Breakfast was adequate and better than some other hotel included breakfasts. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a lot going on. Icecream social, Bingo, pool, pickle ball, free laundry. The location and rooms were great.

Felt like a home away from home. Always meeting friendly people. Pool and spa was great. Grill area was so handy. Staff were super nice and helpful

Everything except two ladies behavior

The staff was amazing, each and everyone of them, especially Beth that recommended all the great things we can do with kids, was so nice and cordial. The themed night events with complimentary dinner was great and fun, especially the bingo.

Leticia y Juanita are the best hardworking cooks I ever seen. They’re waiting to see what else they can do for the guest at the Staybridge Suites. They’re also kind. Finally they’re excellent and awesome. Té best experience with them as servers.
Isaura also did a wonderful job cleaning my suite during the time I spent here.

Breakfast eggs were suspect

Fitness facility was warm couldn’t lower temperatures
