Great staff, great location, amazing stay.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, each and everyone of them, especially Beth that recommended all the great things we can do with kids, was so nice and cordial. The themed night events with complimentary dinner was great and fun, especially the bingo.

Excellent
Pros:

Leticia y Juanita are the best hardworking cooks I ever seen. They’re waiting to see what else they can do for the guest at the Staybridge Suites. They’re also kind. Finally they’re excellent and awesome. Té best experience with them as servers.
Isaura also did a wonderful job cleaning my suite during the time I spent here.

Great Hospitality
Pros:

I stood at this hotel for business and work. The staff are outstanding and respectful. The food court and kitchen staff Juanita, Letty, Isaura are very respectful at the kitchen. They all made sure the food was warm and fresh and the food are stayed stocked and clean. This hotel was a thumbs up and il be back for a longer stay in January.

Fun and cozy hotel by JSC
Pros:

Lovely hotel with enthusiastic staff! I love the space theme, free cookies and popcorn, and bountiful breakfast buffet. Rooms were always cleaned butthings left in place. Beth at the front desk was SO nice and bubbly and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Would stay here again anytime I’m in the Houston area!

Pros:

ペットの連れ込みが可能なので、昨年夏はノミにかまれ大変だったが、今回は清潔な部屋で快適に過ごせた

Cons:

冷蔵庫の音が大きかったが、１Bed Roomにしたので、寝室のドアを閉めたら問題なかった。

Friendly atmosphere!
Pros:

Great service, everyone is friendly. Housekeeping does really well with cleaning and making sure everything is the way you left it. Social hour has free drinks and food nothing but a great time, can’t beat it!

Pros:

The first floor left a lot to be desired in cleanliness and general maintenance and upkeep. The 2nd floor did appear a little better and our room was decent. We had an incident with our room that the front desk took care of promptly. I would not stay here if we visited the area again.
