The stay was just perfect. We got the room with the private pool. (Junior swim up I think it was called) absolutely amazing! Perfect views. Staff are helpful polite and just great. Two members of staff really made our stay perfect. Tomas

The hotel and it's cleanliness and facilities were better than average and satisfactory. Service and staff were spot on although there was a few challenges with their English conversational skills. The main drawbacks were a very unstable internet connection and unavailability of spa services. The gym area also needs attention.

Dejligt stort hotel med mange muligheder og mange restauranter. Roomservice fungerede næsten upåklageligt.

Vi boede på værelse med Swim up pool. Man deler pool med 4 andre lejligheder (vi havde den dog for os). Kunne godt ønske mere privatliv ved egen pool, men der er en lav hæk ud til vejen, så fodgængere kan se ind og der var stor trafik med håndværkere lige foran poolen.

Buffeten var virkelig lækker og det sødeste personale! Virkelig stor kagebuffet.

Værelset var fint og stort. Sengen var dog MEGET hård og puderne var ikke særligt gode.
Vi havde udfordringer med at få tømt badekaret. Ellers var alt rigtig fint.

Hotels.com skriver man får gratis parkering, fordi man er guld medlem - men det fortalte de var gratis for alle.

Gran hotel

Hard working & friendly staff -no one walks past you without saying hello. Everything runs like clockwork. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. There are two pools-one for adults and one for children. There is access to the spa, tennis, golf etc and other restaurants.

Frukost och middag var verkligen utmärkt. Mycket att välja på och dessutom mycket bra.
Poolområde och SPA helt ok.
Dock var vi lite besvikna på rummet som inte levde upp till våra förväntningarna på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell och detta trots att vi blev uppgraderade till en juniorsvit.

A very chilled out and relaxing stay, staff are super friendly, the food is really tasty and the hydro therapy pool is the stuff of dreams !!!!

Immer wieder ein Vergnügen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und insbesondere die Suiten sind sehr geräumig. War sicherlich nicht der letzte erholsame Urlaubsaufenthalt dort.

Perfecta estancia. Habitación muy bonita, cómoda y limpia en la primera planta. Tuvimos que pedir almohadas extra y enseguida nos las facilitaron. La comida espectacular. Variedad y calidad realmente de 5 estrellas. Lo único mejorable posiblemente la animación.

We travelled with our 17 month old daughter and stayed in a ground floor suite with a large terrace. The room was perfect for 3 of us and the terrace big enough for our daughter to run around which she loved. The pool and pool area are great and kept very clean. The terrace restaurant was great for lunch and breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant were both excellent. The beach at Sa Coma is lovely and sandy with sun beds for rent for the day. Sa Coma itself isn’t great (very touristy with a few average restaurants) but the hotel made it worth it. Would definitely recommend for a family.

A great place with excellent food. The only thing they need to improve is check in. We paid 90 EUR for airport transfer arranged by the hotel. The driver did not show up at the airport until we called the hotel. When we were dropped at the hotel we were just dropped with our bags and had to fend for ourselves. Also there was no luggage service at the hotel. Not a good first impression. After that our say got much better. The food was so good both the breakfast and the evening buffet. All the staff were so nice and helpful.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but we expected more from a 5-star resort. The front desk staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, dinner was fair - one night was very good, the other nights the food was average. Service at dinner could have been better. For example, one night we ordered a bottle of wine and a bottle of water and the wine was delivered to the table but not opened. Once I found a waiter, I asked if he could open the bottle and he responded, "Just a minute" and he stood there entering something on his tablet. Eventually he sent someone over to open the wine which was unnecessary as i could see he was carrying an opener. We stayed in the 4th floor with the semi private pool and the first day there was a dead bird in there. We arrived on a Friday but the pool wasn't cleaned until Monday (the bird was removed immediately when we contacted the front desk). There were many bugs and a dead lizard in the overflow area. Not ideal. The mini fridge in the room took more than a day to cool items off because it was initially on the lowest setting. The room was spacious, the beds were awesome, and there was plenty of room. The furniture was uncomfortable though and we had small ants on the counter by the TV and the coffee maker. Very odd as there was no food up there. The hotel had free bikes which were nice and the spa area was nice. One day we received fresh fruit in our room which was a nice touch. Overall, good experience but room for improvement.

By far, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Where to begin! The pools were both huge and very clean, with plenty of sun loungers and 4-poster sun beds available. The breakfast was incredible, such a huge variety of great quality and fresh food. The lunch available at the Terrace Restaurant was delicious and the swim-up bar offered very 'generous' servings. The cleanliness was incredible, with the cleaning staff doing a fantastic job to keep such a large hotel incredibly clean as well as the sun loungers being disinfected after each use. At night time, the piano bar had live music and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the warm evenings. The location was fantastic! We travelled to around 10 beaches on the island, but our favourite was still the beach nearest to us, with large stretches of sandy beach, plenty of restaurants and very calm water. However, above everything else mentioned in this review, we would really love to thank the staff. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and chat from the friendly staff working at breakfast time. The breakfast area remained open despite my partner and I running late regularly. They even bought me coffee after the machines had been turned off and breakfast had technically ended! During lunch we would speak in Spanish and they would help us to learn the correct pronunciations and words. One of the hardest parts of leaving this hotel was leaving the staff who we befriended. Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing and friendly staff.

The hotel service was excellent. The rooms were generous in size, cleaned daily and plenty of amenities available. The beds were large but the mattress might be too hard for some. Pool areas excellent - separate adults and children. Good food choices and a well stocked bar. Free bikes available and a sports centre as well.

Séjour dans cette hôtel excellent, la suite que nous avons prise été propre , le restaurant au top. Séjour idéal pour une famille avec enfnats . Plein d activité sur place.

Hotellet är bra, fantastiska rum. Vi hade ett med Swim out vilket var trevligt. Mycket bra med en vuxenpool lugnt och skönt. Det som är mindre trevligt är att i resturangen (vi hade halvpension) maten är fantasiskt god och utbudet är bra MEN det vore trevligt att som vuxen någon gång kunna slippa när man äter - barn som ammas, barn som skriker,barn som gråter och barn "som kan själv" dvs tar mat tappar tallriken, springer i restaurangen och där föräldrar har ingen styrsel på dem. Vi var ett sällskap på 5 personer alla vuxna och vi var rätt trötta på att hela tiden hålla koll runt fötterna när man hämtade mat. Samt att vore trevligt att kunna sitta ner och prata i lugn och ro utan barn runt omkring. En separat vuxendel och barndel i restaurangen vore toppen. Men annars är det ett toppenställe.

Nourriture de très bonne qualité, grand buffet varié;
Cela dit, à cause des restrictions covid, les autres restaurants etaient fermés et nous ne les avons donc pas testés.

Superbes animations au bar chaque soir avec des groupes de musique et chanteurs.

Pour un Hotel 5 étoiles, je m’attendais à un « welcome drink » à l’arrivé (surtout avec ces températures elevées en août);
Ce qui était le cas en 2019 dans un autre hotel Protur 4* de Majorque, avec même en plus une bouteille de crément dans la chambre. Dommage.

L’emplacement de l’hotel n’est, pour ma part, pas le plus bel endroit de Majorque.

Dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfait mais je m’attendais à plus pour un 5 étoiles.
