Wellness & Family Hotel Veronza

We were absolutely enchated by the hotel, staff, cleaness, pool ..just everything. Thinking of coming back next year!

A very nice place, clean with daily room service, a nice pool, and a sauna with panoramic mountain views. It's worth having a car, as it's 3 km from the center of Cavalese. There are plenty of interesting attractions for children, but I haven't tried them because my children are teenagers. If I had the opportunity to spend another vacation there, I would definitely do so.

Fiemme valley is great for kids. Can only recommend for families that seek adventure, time out and lot of opportunities to explore mountains and facilities around.

We are just back from a family ski week having stayed at the Veronza Hotel just outside Cavalese. The hotel is set in a very pretty location up the mountain and the rooms are clean, serviced daily and reception staff helpful. We were located on the rear of the building overlooking the car park. The local ski bus picks up at the hotel, is free and gets you to the gondola but beware the last bus back to the hotel is 5:30. It’s then €30 for a short taxi trip from Cavalese. So no going in to town in the evening for a drink or meal. We tried the sauna and spa area several times, but the pool is very full with children and many enter the sauna and spa areas despite it being adults only. The hotel is very much geared towards families with children and be warned there are a lot! The Pizza restaurant opposite the reception is disgraceful and by far the worst experience of the week. The elderly gentleman manger was very rude and obnoxious, and a poor attitude. His customer service was non-existent. The food is expensive and highly overrated and we heard several guest complaining that they tried to order pizzas for the kids as they didn’t like the main restaurant offerings only to be told it would be at least an hour. The food in the main restraint is buffet style and ok, but we struggled with the limited selection for some of our group. The ski and boot room is an empty shop unit adjacent the hotel but is NOT heated. Not the best experience and NOT RECOMMENDED.

Just returned from this resort via Crystal and the facilities and staff are amazing big shout out to Andrea and Dominica who looked after our every need in the bar/ restaurant. Kids club is amazing team Isabel, dylam,rachaid,Nicole. Plus loads of others. Thk u everyone

Pros:

- Great location with a beautiful view from one side of the hotel.
- Delicious food with excellent quality and variety (breakfast and dinner), including awesome pastas and free juice to squeeze.
-Good cleaning service.

Cons:

- Very small rooms, with the apartment for 4 featuring a bunk bed awkwardly placed next to the entrance door where a wardrobe would typically be.
- Rude lifeguard yelling at guests instead of addressing them politely.
- A dead mouse was found in the pool where children were swimming, and no cleaning was done after the incident.
- No Wi-Fi in the rooms.
- Unpleasant and unhelpful reception staff:
-- Refused a room change or upgrade without explanation.
-- Denied a second key for a family room of four, citing uncertainty about key availability.
-- Unable to accommodate a breakfast package for an early departure, claiming the deadline was the previous evening, despite no prior communication.
-- Lack of heating tools in the ski storage, forcing guests to take boots to their rooms to dry and heat them in the bathroom.

A well located hotel, near to the ski centre. The rooms are cozy and warm, the food tasty and vary. All the staff is friendly and helpful, very professional. I have also had a massage in the wellness centre and Alessia was super ! Overall, I have had a perfect stay and I would recommend it!

Great location for families very close to ski slopes, food is ok and a lot of fun for kids! Kids club is really doing great job, kids have a lot of fun! Also there are many amenities: indoors pool and a soft play center with a corner for drowing and lego, in addition to a babies corner

In tutto sommato l'albergo è una buona soluzione per famiglie. Belle attività per bambini. Il livello di manutenzione delle camere però è molto scarso. I cuscini extra senza fodera, il bagno con l'acqua che non si scaricava e appena alzato il tappo si è verificato il motivo : pieno di capelli e anche bisogni umani - veramente da far vomitare.

Siamo appena tornati dopo 10 gg al Veronza esperienza molto positiva le mie figlie si sono divertite il cibo era molto buono pulizia buona e personale gentilissimo insomma da ripetere!!!

L'albergo si trova in cima a un dosso dal quale si gode di un panorama indescrivibile. Il personale è stato gentile, sia la camera che il bagno erano puliti e in ordine. La colazione è ricca. Tutto ok.

Sono stata con marito e 3 figli in questa struttura per la seconda volta ,sempre per Natale.
L’appartamento (568) aveva una vista spettacolare considerato che ha nevicato tantissimo!
Temperature comunque troppo alte all’interno per assenza di umidificatori.Ottima la ristorazione,buona l’animazione solo dovrebbe rinnovare di settimana in settimana il cabaret, ma comunque tt molto bravi.
Direzione super disponibile: mia figlia era scivolata nella galleria di collegamento sotterranea perche non avevano messo il cartello di “wet floor”,per fortuna senza gravi conseguenze, ma dal Direttore al personale subito sono intervenuti per aiutarci.A parte l’influenza che ha provato a rovinarci la vacanza, per il resto tt ottimo.

Siamo stati in hotel in camera matrimoniale + 2 lettini a castello + angolo cottura. La camera è piccola ma ha tutto ciò che serve. La piscina e l'area wellness sono un valore aggiunto per questo hotel. È molto fuori da Cavalese, si deve sempre prendere la macchina. Ci sono comunque dei percorsi da fare a piedi attorno all'hotel. Il panorama dal dosso Veronza su tutta la Val di Fiemme è spettacolare. Indicato per famiglie.

In generale le camera e la zona rispettano la descrizione del sito.
I servizi decisamente da migliorare.
L'hotel stava chiudendo e la SPA funzionava al 50%.
Il baby club non era disponibile per pulizie di fine stagione.
Il prezzo è decisamente sproporzionato per I servizi offerti.

Ottima struttura soprattutto per famiglie.
Si possono lasciare i bambini al miniclub (se hanno più di 3 anni) così ci si può rilassare. Ottima l'area benessere anche se sovraffollata (normale a cavallo di Capodanno). Buono il ristorante (se non ricordo male Pelle Dell'Orso). Fantastica l'animazione serale per gli adulti. Ottima vista sulle montagne. Buona la pulizia. In camera c'è persino Sky. Di fianco all'hotel c'è un minimarket ben fornito...staff molto gentile...insomma fantastica vacanza

Wir waren fünf Tage im September das hotel liegt zentral für Motorrad Touren. Es ist sauber und hat eine kleine sauna sowie Hallenbad und DampfSauna ist im Preis mit drin.zudem gibt es Freikarten für Bergbahnen in der umgebung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Fint hotell med fin beliggenhet like ved Cavalese. Har alle fasiliteter og har grei standard. Hyggelig betjening og fine priser.
