Everything. Non working tvs. No hair dryer in the rooms. Weird smells in the elevator and the breakfast was laughable. No blind on the window.

The staff was very warm and hospitable. They were eager to answer any questions and offer help.

Cons:

I didn’t “dislike” it, but there’s a lot of wear and tear on the doors, walls bathtub etc. The chain on my window shade was broken so I could’t lower it. But the room itself was clean and in order which I care more about.

1room I got wasn’t clean properly then got moved to a suit but the suit was dirty as well an I cleaned my own room even
