The entire Hilton computer system was down.
We arrived at 3 30 and waited 4 hours to finally get a room. The staff did not know how to handle the situation and apologized

The breakfast was good and the location is great. Nice having a filtered water dispenser and 24hr. coffee👍🏻

Room was close to the entry and exit door, by the pool area. In and out was great

Cost, from Bookings it ended up being a higher price than had I just gone through the app for Hilton.
