I like that you have the option to check in ahead of time and choose your,l room, considering we came with other people and our kids this was great because we got to choose our rooms next to each other. Well, when I arrived, the woman at the desk literally
Told me they have my room to someone who got their first. Mind you, I checked in through the app and was there an hour before check in time. That was upsetting for the kids.
