Location was ideal, staff were helpful, room was quietly air conditioned especially as the outside night time temperature was just under 30C
The hotel location is very convenient It is just walking distance 5mins to the bus stop and tram station. Next to the hotel got a shopping mall Truffaut and bakery Boulanger and Starbucks shop opposite. The bed and the pillow are very comfortable and clean.
The bad thing is the water pressure for cold(10%)water is totally not at all; only got hot(90%)water is coming out from the toilet basin and shower head. This makes me impossible to have a good shower and cleaning as you will get burnt by the hot water. The toilet bowl is not hygiene and dirty inside; its not good cleaning, you can see the dark brown stain inside, very disgusting.
Great place to stay, location , facilities and staff are great. The place is safe for travelling as a solo woman, the staff is helpful, explain diections and give you peace of mind. Also you can see that the palce is full of family and nice people.
The bathroom had a bad smeel comming from the shower drain, like sewage and all the room smeel bad if you do not close the door, they should fix that , because it is very uncortable to walk in and smeel that bad stinking smaell.

The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Room temperature was very comfortable and the cooling system doesn't make much noise, which is great. Hotel parking is very convenient if you're coming by car, and location is good, you can walk to main attractions in the city center.
The highlight was the staff which was very friendly and helpful. We forgot a jacket in the room and realized too late to turn back. The hotel staff was very kind to recover the jacket, package it and go to the post office to have it shipped to our home.
The only inconvenience was not having any temporary parking for unloading luggage and checking in. But, thankfully, we were able to pay for 1hr for the underground public parking across the street until we were able to get instructions on how to enter the hotel parking. We may have been able to get around this if we called ahead and asked for the parking code.
