Very close to venues, clean, tidy and lovely staff across the board from reception, room cleaners and breakfast staff were so lovely and accommodating.
The location was great, the room was super clean and exactly what I was looking for. Perfect location, and the staff were super lovely, friendly, kind and very helpful.

It was clean and warm
There were only 2 power points in the corner of the room. I was charging up my devices but had to stop one to use the kettle. There were no power points by the bed so it wasn’t possible to keep devices fully charged while sitting there.
The distance from the station was much further than specified. The room key card didn’t work first time so I had to go back down in the lift to get that sorted out. I think that that price should include breakfast,

No socket beside the bed so charging phone and using it as my alarm was a gaff

Mould around the windows. A poorly ventilated room when I arrived so I opened the windows and that’s when I saw how mouldy they were….
Also the kettle had a broken lid.
