Clean comfy room lovely staff
Fire alarm at midnight. Lucky it was not raining but was a bit chilli. Unfortunately communication about what was happening was poor. It seemed like only 1 staff member or may be 2 on site.

Beds were very hard and pillows thin which made it an uncomfortable sleep

The room was absolutely lovely, it had an entrance way before you entered the room. It was bright and airy with lots of windows
The bed was comfortable and it was quiet considering how close it was to the train station
The whole place was clean and tidy can't grumble

If you need a hotel near Temple Meads or the Prospect Building, it's a good option, walkable. Staff were perfectly nice and had things running smoothly. Bathroom is like a pod inside the room, which is very unusual and unique.
There are lots of little games built into the design when staying here. Trying to find the toilet roll when you need it (it's underneath the hanging towel, so just move the towel around whenever you are on the toilet). Or the kettle challenge, where you're given 30cm of cable to play with in order to make a cup of tea. There are two sockets, on the floor or next to the bed. The only bin is the small one inside the aforementioned bathroom pod. The room itself appears designed to be washed easily, which is fair enough, but the vinyl floor was patterned to look like carpet. Taking your shoes off is surprising.

Missing a towel in the room, single beds were together & dust hanging on the ceiling.
