Nice facility close to the railway station.e
Everthing was good
Clean and comfortable ,just a few little items out of place,would go back.
Staff were really good. Very pleasant and professional.
Breakfast was not the best. The bacon was cooked earlier and had been sat for a long time. It was rigid rather than crispy. The sausages were cheap the hash browns were dry.
It was close to the trainstation Temple Meads but in the night it was a bit of a struggle to find it properly. Check-in went smoothly and it was more than fine for the price.
The bathroom was quite small and it got quite humid. Barely room to move around in the small area with toilet and shower. The deposit (in case of damages) at check-in was a bit weird, which led me to make videos before checking out.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted with lovely staff although we were an hour early they made us feel welcome even signed up to the membership program. When we got back from the city centre we were hungry but the girl at reception helped me as I didn't have a clue after a few drinks lol how to order properly. But the girl did everything for us x

The room felt extremely basic, with almost no furniture apart from a few wall hooks. The grey walls made it feel cold and unwelcoming, and the small prefabricated plastic bathroom gave the room a cheap, budget feel. The Wi-Fi was slow and frequently disconnected, requiring me to reconnect repeatedly.

Fan/cooling system did not work at all. Simple accommodation which isn't a problem, but certainly not worth the cost I paid. Room feels very dated with old TV on a slant.
Ok hotel but be aware there is no working aircon. I stayed in the recent heatwave and sleeping in the room was oppressive. There are units above the door that look like air con units but they do not work - they just blow hot air around. They even have a label that says they are not air con units. Windows opened slightly but offered no relief, just lots of noise from the railway line and building sites nearby. Room also smelt musty and stale. Would not stay here again anytime of year unfortunately.
