Great staff, good solid breakfast with tasty food and good variety. AC needs updating.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air Conditioning was moderate, and sometimes the old units were noisy and had difficulty cooling the rooms. In my room next to the rear parking lot, there was some form of generator or equipment that turned on and off about every five minutes day and night, and made it difficult to get to sleep.

Expense of room was not worth the lack of rest.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and varied. The coffee available 24/7 was great!

Cons:

The first night we were given a room next to the 24 hr. gym. We heard weights dropping on the floor and people talking the entire night, while trying to sleep, until we requested a room change. We first phoned the front desk and asked for noise control, however nothing was done until we called back again to request a room change. We had to wake up completely, dress, and move out belongings at 11:30-12:00 AM. The second room was much better. It was a suite, however we only needed a bed to sleep on and not just a large room. There was a soccer game the second night at the stadium across the street and the loud music was heard in the room while trying to sleep.
