No longer good value
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The room was average and quite adequate for my needs. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pet area is convenient and pleasant.

Cons:

I object to being charged $15/night for parking. This location is quite safe; I've stayed here before with no concerns. Unless parking space is limited or there's a legitimate security threat, parking should be free.

Also, $75 non-refundable pet fee is exorbitant. There was no more than 30 sq.ft. of carpet in my room, which couldn't take more than 20 minutes to clean. Unless they pay their housecleaning staff a lot more than average, the hotel is making a huge profit on this pet fee. I've enjoyed my past stays here, but I probably won't be back.

The indoor pool is very cold. I couldn't go swimming because it was too cold.

Nice, clean place comfy bed but needs better pillows. Staff was very nice!
Pros:

The bed was comfy but the pillows were absolutely horrible. The second you rest your head it’s like they disappear they’re so crappy. Other than that, a clean, nice place to stay!! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer

Great hotel!
Pros:

Everything was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was great! Everything was clean. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

They are remodeling. Construction workers in the halls. Some noise during the day. Overall still great though. This was the only reason it was not a 10.

The room was extremely dirty, with lots of hair on the sheets. The showerhead was completely inadequate for showering; this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
