We absolutely loved our room and stay! Everybody was so friendly and caring for our needs during our stay. My only wish is that the tvs had access to Netflix, disney+, etc like at your sister hotel.

Cons:

There was no forewarning that your pool was shut down. We only booked your hotel because it had an indoor pool for our 3 year old. However, the website did not disclose the pool was shut down.

Dirty, smelly, non working items, VERY DIRTY! Breakfast was cold, noisy, very old, no remote, whirlpool tub shot back out dirt I was disgusted

Comfortable enough for a one night stay.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable for a one night stay. The hotel staff was friendly when I checked in.

Cons:

The hotel is very outdated and needs a lot of remodeling. The pool was out of service. There were hole spots in the floor under the carpet when you walked down the hallways. Also the key cards had issues it took a few times to insert before the door would open. And the breakfast lacked a variety.

Great location and price for a overnight stay. Clean towels and bed.

Cons:

This was the 1st Hampton i have stayed at that was not the best. This place was a little run down, carpet had major stains, bedroom had a weird smell to it. I did speak to someone and they did say hotel was under renovation so hopefully that improves the building.
