Wir werden das Hotel nach wie vor für unsere Reisen nach Mainz nutzen.
Pros:

Lage Nähe Bahnhof, unmittelbar neben öffentlicher Garage
Zimmer top
gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider ist der Check-in nur noch am Terminal möglich (allerdings war jemand da, der dabei behilflich sein konnte).
Die Hotelbar wurde durch Automaten ersetzt.

Pros:

位置很好，离火车站很近。

Cons:

在机器上办理入住很不方便，输入格式有一点不对就无法继续。而且比booking预订价格多出4欧元，说是城市税，但预订价格是包含所有税的。床上用品又脏又陈旧，都看不出是不是新换的了。床垫一活动有一种塑料布的唰唰声。更让人不可思议的是在规定退房时间前两次长时间敲门催促，第一次敲门时还不到早上10点，我是第一次遇到这样的酒店。

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The location is good, right by the train station. The breakfast was nice and the hours are good for people that have to get up early.

Cons:

The check in is by self-serve computer. Cheap! When I booked with Booking.com the price was confirmed, however, when we checked in, the hotel added 6 euros. The guy in the back office said it was some kind of tax....this is NOT ok to add a fee when the price is confirmed at time of booking!
The bed and pillows smelled of Indian curry, the mattress was soft and the air conditioning did not work. They do not do wake-up calls.

Fine but saving money by cutting staff will put off older travellers.
Pros:

Shower safety and aircon quietness excellent. I use Intercity often and these two things were exceptional.

Cons:

Online check-in ridiculously slow. Also staff not able to print boarding pass for Lufthansa owing to updated electronics, which used to be easy but now impossible.

Strategisch gut gelegen, sauber
Pros:

Lage war für mich strategisch gut.
Das Hotel gegenüber, in dem ich oft bin, hatte mal wieder wieder sehr hohe Preise, sodass ich das InterCity ausprobiert habe

Zentralgelegenes Hotel in Mainz
Pros:

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und Schalldicht. Super ist, dass ein leerer Kühlschrank für eigene Getränke vorhanden war. Der Frühstücksraum war aufgrund von zwei Veranstaltungen am Sonntag sehr voll, aber trotzdem war das Personal sehr nett und die Auswahl an Speisen wurde immer sofort wieder nachgelegt. Ein Dank an das tüchtige Personal, super! Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man hat eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Hotelbar, für einen Absacker am Abend.

No pude opinar con interacción de personal, porque fue difícil encontrar a alguien que nos ayudará para ingresar
No vi recepción por ningún lado
Encontramos ayuda porque otra persona entro a una oficina casi escondida y busco ayuda
Todo lo demás bien

Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Schnelle Anbindung mit der Bahn. Zimmer sind sauber und bequem. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Was wir nicht so gut fanden war die Klimaanlage. Hat für uns gefühlt nicht gekühlt, da war es dann anschließend mit Kippfenster doch noch kühler und eigenen Handventi zusätzlich benutzt.

Für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus geeignet.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und nicht weit von der Innenstadt weg. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen am Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das elektronische einchecken verlief bei uns und auch bei den Gästen die in unserer Nähe waren, etwas holprig. Der nette Mitarbeiter des Hotels hatte alle Hände voll zu tun. Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich. Es war vieles vorhanden, aber die Qualität war eben nur Durchschnitt (Bsp. Brötchen, Rührei, Kaffee). Roher Schinken fehlte ganz.

Kleine saubere Zimmer und direkt am Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Der Check-in war für uns ungewohnt an einem terminal. Man muss sich beim rumklicken gleich die Zimmernummer merken weil die sonst nicht mehr angezeigt wird. Wenn man das weiß ist es aber denk ich easy
