Kein 4 Sterne Hotel, nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, der Bahnhof und die Haltestellen für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind in der Nähe vom Hotel.
Die Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht.

Cons:

Da das gebuchte Doppelzimmer auch als Einzelzimmer vermietet wird, befindet sich das zweite Bettzeug und Handtücher im Schrank, das Bett ist für 2 Personen sehr klein.
Im Hotel war während des Aufenthaltes Baustelle, zeitweilig war nur ein Fahrstuhl benutzbar, auch die Tür zum Erdgeschoss war verschlossen, dadurch war die Nutzung vom Treppenhaus auch nicht möglich.
In einer Nacht ist ein Stück der Decke heruntergefallen, was natürlich ein großer Schock war. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption meinte, es liegt an der Feuchtigkeit der Klimaanlage und war nicht wirklich überrascht.
Der damit verbundene Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer, trägt natürlich auch nicht zur Erholung bei.
Ausser eine kurze Entschuldigung von der Mitarbeiterin am Morgen an der Rezeption, kam vom Hotel nichts als Entschuldigung/ Entschädigung.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber wer frisches Obst, Nüsse und kleine Besonderheiten erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren fleißig, aber sehr oft mit Fehlermeldungen der Kaffeemaschinen beschäftigt.
Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt alle 4 Tage, sonst nur auf Nachfrage. Die Zimmerreinigung war ok, aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne.

поряд із залізничним вокзалом. зручно для візиту в Майнц та/або Вісбаден, аеропорти Франкфурта . в холі був ремонт але це не заважало. готель на перехресті шумних доріг проте звукоізоляція хороша.

Cons:

Die Rezeption hat hinsichtlich Ausstattung/Ambiente/Wohlfühlatmosphäre viel Luft nach oben. Die Rezeption wirkt eher provisorisch und keinesfalls einladend. Das ist eigentlich schade, da das Hotel ansonsten gut ist. Dass der Zimmerservice extra erbeten werden muss, ist etwas ungewöhnlich in der Preislage des Hotels. Es sollte eher anders herum sein: Falls kein ZImmerservice erwünscht ist, sollte man als Gast Bescheid geben.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom HB entfernt.

Cons:

Die Bett Beistelltische waren noch klebrig vom Besucher davor. Das Reinigungspersonal hat hier versagt. Auch das Personal am Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich, wie man es in anderen Hotels gewohnt ist.
