Cons:

Needed to pay 20€ for parking for one night what was nowhere mentioned. If we would have know that, we would have booked a cheaper one and payed the way cheaper parking in the city.

Pros:

The desk and other staff members were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extremely varied and the area was large and airy (NB: When some water pipes in the ground floor dining area ceiling started leaking the staff handled the situation very quickly and professionally. The location could not be better for getting around Mainz. It's only a 5-7 minute walk from the city's train station and largest bus terminus.

Das Hotel wurde im Eingangsbereich umgebaut. Dadurch starke Lärmbelästigung und weitere Unannehmlichkeiten im türlosen Übergang zum Frühstücksraum.
Trotz Buchung eines DZ war nur 1 Bett bereitet.
