Coin repas très petit, matelas inconfortable, oreiller avec une drôle de texture
Staff was snippy and rude. I made a reservation online and paid before I got there only to be told that they weren't going to accommodate us. She took my card which I thought was standard in case there was room damages or something and double charged me! The only reason I paid online was because they never answered their phone. There was someone else's hair on the beds and in the shower. Only one of our room keys worked and when we went to discuss it with staff, she told us to just use the one. The room wasn't clean, but the staff was by far the worst part. I tried to call and write North American corporate and that was days ago and no one has even got back to me. I expect to be contacted soon. This was by far a disappointing experience for paying $664 for one hotel night!!!

The toilet in the room was not functioning. Had to use one in the hallway. Surprised a discount wasn't offered.
Good location. Very clean. Attentive staff. And a good variety of foods for breakfast.
I came with an EV, and the only charger available was a trickle charge. I had to find a fast charger in the neighborhood.

J'aurais mis un 10 sur 10, si ce n'était de l'absence totale de souci écologique. Toute la vaisselle du déjeuner était en carton ou en plastique. Absolument rien de réutilisable. Une honte pour la planète !
