Estaba mi puerta (habitación 304) pegada a la puerta de otra habitación y cada vez que abrían la puerta se escuchaba muy fuerte

Great location and nice room. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast is ok. Could use more choices at breakfast. No fridge in room and could not get a/c to work but they brought me a fan. Location is phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and helpful (in English). Stayed here ten years ago when the wifi was horrible but would definitely stayhere again.

The rooms are very dated, much more than the photos indicate. Some rooms are interior only and not labeled as such on many booking sites. The breakfast while included is Hamton Inn mediocre.
Don't use the ice available on each floor ... I'm sure the water was filtered many years ago, but either the filter is the original (and shows) or has been removed. If you need ice, find a better maintained hotel.
Interior rooms are stuffy with poor ventilation. Staff was not very helpful in addressing the issue.
Once you get past the excessive noise from breakfast the rest of the stay was tolerable.
The water pressure was very good and the water hot and plentiful.
The location is good ... close zocolo but not on noisy street.
You won't regret staying here too much, but you'll wonder if your money was better spent elsewhere

Very safe and central location.
Large double room with sitting room (no window). All needs brightening up as furniture very dark and worn. Beds comfortable and quiet at night for such a central location. Breakfast in lobby very average, toast , cereal, coffee/tea/juice. Hot food not very appealing.
Two bottles of water provided in room but none available for top ups.

There is charm in staying in a hotel that has some history. This is clearly a building that has been around a while, and while it may not have all the perks of a newly built hotel palace, it is well-kept and has modern appliances and furnishings. The location is super-convenient to the attractions of the historic center if that is part of the reason for your trip to Mexico City.

Lobby is cramped. Breakfast is inedible: shredded meat with bones, chicken nuggets, scrambled eggs in pebbles, stale cereal, half hamburgers, cold fries, beans. Fruit and bread selections are minimal. Coffee is gross.
Upside: the relative price, friendly staff.
Don’t eat in either of the two associated chain restaurants. Both were terrible. Plenty of restaurants close by. There’s an incredible bakery across the street.
Don’t stay in room 501. It looks out to the rooftop seating area, so you can’t open your drapes. We asked to move and were accommodated. The outside seating area looks nothing like the pics. No outside windows in most rooms - they look into the inner part of the hotel. No mini fridge.

Café da manhã razoável, mas o café (bebida), era horrível, frio, fraco e de péssimo paladar. O restaurante anexo ao Hotel, fraco também. O espaço do café da manhã não é confortável, frio e exposto. Sistema de limpeza confuso e ineficiente, faltou espaço para sentar em algumas ocasiões. Frigobar do apartamento não funciona. Microondas mau-funcionamento também. Problemas de ventilação e maus cheiro no apartamento.
