Atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Café da manhã razoável, mas o café (bebida), era horrível, frio, fraco e de péssimo paladar. O restaurante anexo ao Hotel, fraco também. O espaço do café da manhã não é confortável, frio e exposto. Sistema de limpeza confuso e ineficiente, faltou espaço para sentar em algumas ocasiões. Frigobar do apartamento não funciona. Microondas mau-funcionamento também. Problemas de ventilação e maus cheiro no apartamento.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unsere Winterkleidung konnten wir während unserer Rundreise im Hotel deponieren. Waschmaschine und Trockner können kostenlos benutzt werden. Die Lage zum historischen Zentrum ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Frühstückbereich ist es sehr kühl.
