Venus en travail pour rester une semaine j'ai du demander à changer de chambre deux fois : la première fois parce que la serrure de la porte était tellement vieille et difficile à ouvrir, qu'il fallait venir chaque fois à la réception pour demander que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir la porte de crainte de casser la clé, la deuxième chambre mise à ma disposition donnait sur la mer... en fait sur un mur au bout d'un terrain, la mer que vous ne voyez pas est derrière le mur) mais les portes fenêtres de la chambre ne se fermaient pas, finalmente une chambre plus décente sur le jardin de la piscine, mais la piscine a été en manutention pendant tout le séjour, sans que l'on nous dise que l'on pouvait bénéficier de la piscine de l'autre hotel Pestana à 700m très agréable. Nous ne l'avons su que parce ce que nous sommes allés manger dans ce restaurant 2 jours avant le départ.
Pendant toute la durée du séjour nous n'avons pas eu de télévision (l'ensemble de l'hotel), il parait que le tonnerre avait touché l'antenne, mais visiblement la direction n'avait pas trouvé urgent de faire la réparation et sans qu'il y ait une seule information et encore moins d'excuses. Pour un hotel de ce grade cela me parait impensable et le manque d'information volontaire dénote un manque de respect envers les hôtes. Le personnel plutôt sympathique fait de son mieux et ce n'est pas après eux que je manifeste mon mécontentement.

Gostei muito da amabilidade dos funcionários e da localização do hotel.

Cons:

É pena notar-se alguma falta de manutenção geral do hotel. Devem alertar os hospedes que chegam mais tarde para não fazerem barulho no corredor

Piscina muito tranquila, pequeno almoço bom. Embora se note que o hotel necessita de ser modernizado. Não falhou em nada, mas nota-se que uma reforma nas instalações seria necessária.

Cons:

A comida do restaurante, não é das melhores. Vale mais a pena ir comer fora.

L'emplacement et la murualisation des services avec le pestana spa et hotels

La propreté approximative, le manque de communication adaptée lors de la coupure survenue le premier jour et le tarif bien teop excessif pour le service obtenu
