Comfy and Cozy
Pros:

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast and the socials are nice too! I had an issue with my check out date not being correct (error outside of the hotels control), but Ms. Lakeisha S. was extremely kind and helped get it sorted out. Would definitely recommend.

Very Pleasant and very good nights sleep

Room was clean and roomy.. bed very comfy

Cons:

Outdoor pool was not clean .. all outdoor furniture was dirty and trash was all around .
The power outlet in the bathroom was not working .. had to dry hair in bedroom with no mirror

Have to say big shout out to Brittany and Alicia at the breakfast buffet. I was late in getting down there to get something to eat and they were very accommodating in helping me instead of just closing and cleaning up. Very thankful for generosity.

Great service!
Pros:

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast by Brittany and Alicia. They even stayed open a little late for us to be able to get a full breakfast since we got in late the night before. My husband came down earlier to head out for work and asked them what time they close. So when I came down with my three sons they were waiting for us and assured me we could take our time and they would take care of us.
