Overall it was a good experience and very convenient for purpose of my visit
Pros:

Quiet Area away from the hustle and bustle. I chose the Hotel for its proximity to Embassies and International Org’s for work - walking distance so that was ideal.

Cons:

There was some mixup with the check-in, I arrived at 1 am and waited almost 45 minutes for reception to find and confirm my prepaid booking. I had just travelled from Seoul and had been in travelling for over 24 hours. That was not handled well at all.

Sufficiently large and comfortable

Cons:

Price on airport transfer much too expensive. And charging everyone in the team same high price. Good business for the hotel Highly overpriced

The location was great. The garden is really beautiful and the restaurant was amazing. There is also a botanical garden right next to the hotel and there is a direct door.

Cons:

I had cash with me and I forgot to put it in the safe since I was there for a padel tournament and I had to leave the hotel very early morning, I genuinely forgot. When I came back, before I went to sleep, I remembered it and when I checked, some money was missing. It was like they hoped I didn’t realize some amount was gone. I called the reception immediately and I reported it. I explained everything on a paper as well before my departure. But no news from the hotel.
