Pros:

Cama confortável e o quarto que fiquei enorme.
Pequeno almoço aceitável.

Cons:

Muita logística para chegar ao quarto, passar porta, depois elevador, depois portas com código, até que se chega ao quarto.

Elevador super pequeno.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra z którego można jechać do centrum, pokój sprzątany, obsługa serdeczna i pomocna. Dobre śniadania. Hotel niedrogi, więc stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry.

Pros:

Tem um autocarro mesmo à porta que nos leva até ao centro, tem também a estação do metro a 15 min a pé, do metro bolognha até ao coliseu nem 10 min.
Toalhas e papel higiénico fornecidos todos os dias.

Cons:

Muito mau, tudo no geral, não tinha AC no quarto, estava avariado, colocaram um AC portátil que faz imenso barulho, estavam mais de 30 graus, nunca dormi uma noite me condições, tinham a janela sempre aberta, porque meteram o cano do AC pela janela, ou seja, como se não bastasse o barulho da própria máquina do AC, de manhã acordava com o barulho que se fazia sentir na rua.
Foi muito mau, não deu para descansar.
Aconselho ficarem neste Hotel apenas para pernoitar uma noite, para o desenrasque.
As toalhas do Hotel eram fornecidas todos os dias, mas eram mal lavadas, algumas vinham sujas.
Horrível.

In the end it was a good experience.
Pros:

Very good location: 2-3 stops by subway to the center of the city. The subway is a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel has parking, but it costs 20€ per day and it’s really small (don’t forget about tourist fee 6€ per day per person). The breakfast is mostly sweet - such as granola, corn flakes, pastry, coffee/tea/juice/milk, but also you can have boiled eggs, some sausages and bread.
Pillows are small, but pretty comfortable, beds are hard, but imho one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.

Cons:

Really small and expensive parking, poor soundproofing.

Booking vs struttura
Pros:

L'accoglienza della ragazza alla reception che è stata intuitiva e disponibile, il vero valore aggiunto.
La struttura è comoda per recarsi a piedi al centto di comando della guardia di finanza.
Un parcheggio interno chiuso da una sbarra molto comodo anche se un po caro rispetto ai parcheggi blu che circondano la zona

Cons:

Nella nostra stanza saltava sempre la luce. La tesserina non faceva contatto o forse qualcosa non andava, visto che nella mattina del chek out è andata via la corrente in tutta la struttura. C'è molto da verificare come cavi elettrici che fuoriescono dalla plafoniera del bagno, chi sa magari causa di corti circuiti. Mentre erano impegnati tutti vicini alla centralina elettrica hanno parlato di "altre volte"....
Inoltre conviene che il proprietario verifichi con booking il discorso delle tasse e costi, nella mia prenotazione era scritto che non avrei dovuto pagare altro e invece mi hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno... Questa cosa l'ho già riscontrata e fatta presente. Per fortuna documento sempre la mia prenotazione e posso dimostrare quello che c'è scritto.

La camera i muri erano pieni di macchie la finestra quando la chiudevi non rimaneva chiusa se avessero spinto all'esterno si sarebbe aperta, colazione non minimal di più mancavano tazzine per il cappuccino per tanto ho dovuto berlo in un bicchiere di plastica e mi fermo qui se dovessi tornare non ci tornerei mai piu!!!!

Pros:

Доброго дня. Ми знімали стандартний двомісний номер у даному готелі на 4 ночі в кінці серпня. Готель має досить гарне розміщення: в спальному тихому районі, біля готелю є декілька супермаркетів, недалеко є автобусна зупинка і 2 станції метро (нам зручніше було ходити до станції Bologna - дорога тривала до 10 хвилин). Номер мав невеликий холодильник, сейф, кондиціонер, дзеркало у ванній велике і мало власне світло, було рідке мило і шампунь/гель для душу, також достатня кількість рушників (десь по 3 на людину). Кожного дня приносили чисті рушники і туалетний папір. Хоча на вулиці було 36+ у номері була досить комфортна температура, кондиціонер ми майже не використовували. В готелі є безкоштовний Wifi, телевізор підключений до інтернету. Сніданок подають з 7:00 до 10:00. Сніданок мені сподобався (була шинка, сир, варені яйця, бекон, різна солодка випічка, хліб, джеми і фрукти, смачна кава і сік). Персонал був привітний.

Cons:

Звукоізоляція є слабкою і чути що відбувається в коридорі, але біля нас було лише 2 номери і в принципі нам ніхто не заважав. Стіни в номері трохи мають дефекти недобросовісних гостей.
