non è stato un piacevole soggiorno. unica nota positivo risultava modestamente pulita la camera.

Buongiorno è stato deludente poichè sono stata sistemata in una camera a fianco della sala ristorazione dove la porta tra la sala e l'ingresso delle camere non veniva tenuto chiuso e quindi è risultato molto rumoroso. Mancava il bidet cosa che dovrebbe essere segnalata in fase di prenotazione e cosa peggiore di tutti eravamo un gruppo di colleghi e siamo stati divisi perchè spostati in vari hotel neanche troppo vicini e senza avere nessun avviso telefonico prima con conseguente dispendio di soldi avendo dovuto chiamare un secondo taxi per lo spostamento.

Trovo assurdo quello che è successo. Eravamo un gruppo di colleghi che ha prenotato ognuno la propria camera. Avevamo scelto l’hotel per stare tutti insieme e per vicinanza al luogo del corso del giorno dopo. Peccato che una volta arrivati in struttura a 3 di noi è stato comunicato di doversi recare ad un altro hotel a quasi 20 min di distanza da questo. In primis si avvisa prima e non una volta arrivati sul posto; in secondo luogo, se uno qualsiasi dj noi avesse voluto alloggiare così lontano dal luogo di nostro interesse, avremmo prenotato direttamente altro. Non parliamo poi della pulizia della stanza, capelli nella doccia, briciole sulla sedia e sporco per terra.

I usually do not leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

First, the hotel’s layout and design are quite strange and inconvenient. However, the main issue was the noise isolation between rooms. You can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms. During my stay, there were teenagers celebrating late at night, and the noise was extremely disturbing.

I informed the staff several times, but unfortunately no effective action was taken.

In addition, there was no hot water for three days. The hotel was unable to change my room because there were supposedly no rooms available. On top of that, the overall condition of the room was poor and far below expectations.

Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay
