We enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean with a nice fresh smell as we entered.
Pros:

Fresh clean smell as you enter the rooms. The front desk was very patient and helpful.

It was OK and could’ve been better. Had it been more clean with no sand in my bed and not to have to deal with the air-c

The beds were comfortable they was comfortable. The balcony was nice. The shower had good pressure in it.

Cons:

The air conditioning was messed up when I got there and leaking. My bed had sand in it, and there was sand in the covers.

I do not recommended it.
Pros:

The location, water and coffee at the entrance, free parking but limited.

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms. The pool has mold everywhere and the area smell very bad. We couldn’t stay due to higiene concerns. This hotel needs better management. Bedsheets were dirty from previous guests in two of our rooms. The carpets were dirty. One of Bathrooms smell bad. The bathroom tubs has mold. The hand soap dispenser broken with no refill in one of the rooms. We requested room towels change and they informed us that they didn’t have it. No shampoo & conditioner as advertised. Overall needs proper management

Was nice for the most part. Would definitely book again.
Pros:

Easy access to the ocean and the shops. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Only one Elevator was working. So it took forever to get on and off the elevator. Small parking lot. So had to park across the street behind a building. Didn’t like not being able to see my vehicle.

This was our 8th year and it was not good sheets were dirty the refrigerator was not working the elevator didn't work the coffee they set up in the lobby empty in the morning no working phone to get assistance missing a lamp the fridge got swapped but no help on a lamp ....

Cons:

When we first entered the room, it smelled like a strong air freshener. However, when we returned later, the air freshener smell had completely disappeared, revealing an extremely strong vomit odor. The smell was so overwhelming that we could barely stay in the room.

I went to the front desk multiple times and asked someone to come upstairs and check the room because the odor was unbearable. Unfortunately, no one came. I was simply told that there was no one available to come up.

The front desk gave me an air freshener, but it didn't work. I went back again, and they gave me a spray cleaner instead. I used a large amount of it just to try to cover the smell, but all that did was replace the vomit odor with an overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals.

This was, without a doubt, the worst night I have ever experienced in a hotel in the United States. I expected much better customer service and a cleaner, properly maintained room.
