The view from our room was the best thing about this hotel
No one spoke English when we checked in She used a translator on her phone to explain things to me
None of the ice machines worked on any of the floors
Had to take stairs and go walk 2 floors to get to pool Which made it hard for my husband who has health issues
There were parking spaces available when I came in and out
One of my beds look like someone has slept in it in the sheet was not changed and they just made it up. One bed look fresh and new with clean sheets.
Location was good. The front desk agent was very friendly.
We found a bug in our room about an hour after showing up it was too late to move we had to bag everything up then garbage bags and seal them and sleep in our clothes so they wouldn't get into our suitcases. Trying to reach the front desk to let them know we will arrive later than expected. was practically impossible. Most of the numbers were not for the actual physical hotel.

The price and location
It's an older un remolded property. You get what you pay for! Decent tho!
The view
The outdated room, tv barely had any color in the display. Ceiling is in desperate need of repair. Shower appeared dirty. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash was expired. Always a constant leaking noise from the bathroom.
That it was right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The location was the only good thing about this hotel
They had bed bugs!! There was no hot water!!! They didn’t have wash cloths they had 1 wash cloth but I think they went and purchased some. The water was barely warm the entire 3 days and the morning we were leaving the water was hot. The heat didn’t work in the first room so they moved us to another room were we had all of these issues. The HOTEL IS TRASH THEY NEED TO RENOVATE ASAP OR JUST TEAR IT DOWN N REBUILD BUT I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN AND ADVISE EVERY ONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. It’s not fit a an animal to stay in less known a human!!! I want to give no stars or anything but u don’t have no stars. First time I have ever stay in a trash Dump like this. Sad
Love the location for the parade.
Pool was freezing, rooms had mold and there were a few roaches, we didn't get all our rooms together and no housekeeping for trash pick up.
Went back home for a lil vacation and stayed at The Ocean Resort. Great hotel and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again! Very comfortable beds, I may add.
