Close to beach and bed was comfortable but hotel left a lot to be desired.

Cons:

Room had mold on the lamp shade, a/c unit was very noisy, dust balls all over ceiling, bathroom like worked off and on, when it rained the window outside our door leaked and the water came in leaving puddles on the floor that then smelled musty.

Late check in and was promised compensation. No wash cloths were given. Refrigerator in room was not cold. Parking at hotel is very limited and have to park across the street which is inconvenient with kids and defeats the purpose of getting an oceanfront hotel

Pros:

Friendly staff and let us check in early and park there before check in.

Cons:

Elevators very slow. Gave up after waiting 10 minutes and carried out luggage down the stairs. Short-staffed, twice i had to leave because no one was available at the desk.

Cons:

Room facility, there is not enough to give a chair at balcony and the whole room.
Our room has only one chair , so I asked one more chair to sit chilling view . But they cannot do because no more chairs at hotel entire my stay at hotel.

Lovely, our favorite place to stay!
Pros:

Location is perfect- oceanfront, pizza, Walgreens for necessities, ice cream, candy, beach shops all directly across from the hotel. A few minute drive to the kids oceanfront playground, even a beach shop downstairs with beach gear, drinks, snacks & toiletries.

Roach in the elevator, outlets so old that items didn’t stay plug in and chargers wouldn’t work. Tv was broken with pixelation. Requested maintenance 6 times and they came an hour before our check out. Parking is minimal and only allowed one car per booking which isn’t disclosed. Pool area is horribly dated and that outdoor door slams on you when trying to enter. Transit ppl living on the side of the hotel.

Its oceanfront

Cons:

Our room had a poorly patched ceiling in the bathroom, the room was dated, the door to the bathroom was rough, the walls were not clean in parts, the bedding was fine and comfortable. Limited parking with overflow down the street. I actually thought of not staying it was borderline but non refundable so i stayed for part of my booking.

Overall Great Stay.
Pros:

So close to the beach and Great view!!! Also the complimentary flavored water and coffee in the lobby were so good.

Cons:

Cleaning could be better,Pillows had a smell. Also hallway smelled like mold. Maybe add dehumidifiers or change all carpet to vinyl flooring.
