Pros:

Very basic super clean room, comfortable bed, filtered water fountain, overall good value for the price and just for a night was a good choice, 20 minutes from the airport (usd 60 round trip from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport).

Cons:

No windows in the room, no soap, no iron ( although available upon request), you have to turn the water heater on 5 minutes before using hot water ( not a big deal but you have to plan when to get a shower). Really basic, good for a night before our flight.

I have to change the date of my booking, I was helped very well during very limited time. I am grateful for that

Cons:

the room has not very good sound prove, even the talk among three of us in the room reached to the guest next door. We were quite badly shouted at which was not pleasant at all.

Just the location, nothing is worth good.

Cons:

The facilities, amenities are not good. It’s not as per the information provided in the site. Basic amenities are missing.
Also the in the late night after 10pm no housekeeper available, so if you require any assistance not much help from front desk. Rooms are provide first come first basis not based on what you have booked.

Quiet, comfortable hotel in a good location and good value for money.

The hotel was located in a lively area with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was generally quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Another guest was issued a key for my room so he was able to walk in!

Needed sleep for our stopover
Pros:

Late check-out at 12pm. Clean and quiet location, good air conditioning, 24 hours reception (we arrived at 2am)

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms together for our family but the rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel on the same floor which was quite inconvenient as it was a really long hallway to walk to and from each room. Quite expensive for the size of rooms but cheaper than staying at the airport hotel even factoring in the taxi.

A comfortable budget stay in a lovely neighbourhood
Pros:

Friendly staff and housekeeping, comfortable beds, and a quiet room away from the street. The fridge, desk and kettle were useful. Joo Chiat is a lovely, lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants. Marine Parade, with its shops, food courts and MRT station, is within walking distance. The airport is also conveniently close by taxi.

Cons:

Amenities are fairly basic, including a single product for washing hands, body and hair. Some nearby karaoke bars are extremely loud, so I’d recommend requesting a room away from the street.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful Rena there were plenty of of good eating places. Seeing I was only there for a short I I had 1 meal just up the street from hotel

It was further than I expected, not your fault.. the bed was like sleeping on the floor just way too hard..
