Great location
Pros:

The hotel is easy to find being just a short ten minutes walk from the nearest MTR station. The rooms are compact but perfect for a short stay and good value for money. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Close to the hotel there are shops selling local SIM cards. If you want to eat, there are plenty of restaurants or if you prefer fresh fruit there are shops selling fresh fruit and veg just minutes walk from the hotel.

Absolutely enjoyable experience thanks to the location, cleanliness & staff
Pros:

Absolutely best location, so many marts, eateries around with bus station right within 120 meter of the hotel and MRT close to 10 mins walk. Thank god they have bidet in their rest rooms.

Cons:

Not that i didn’t like it, but the room sizes are indeed pretty compact.

Decent, straightforward, the rooms and facilities were basic
Pros:

There's no breakfast available in the hotel, the location is at the red-light district, it's also quite far from the city proper if one wants to shop or go to tourist destinations. It could have been better if I booked at Ibis near Orchard
