朝食がとても美味しく種類も豊富で
良かったです。
スタッフの方も親切でした。
シャワーの水圧が低いのとぬるま湯しか
出ないので 雨に濡れた日のシャワーは
寒かったです。

At night there isn't enough staff because sometimes the other guests can be very loud and run in the hallways

The car lights from the parking lot next to the hotel shined in our room window a few times. Also, our first room had a door that gave us so much trouble to open. We called the front desk about it and a house keeper also had trouble opening the door.

很久沒有住過這樣的住宿，隔音設備差到不得了，剛好對面住了一家印度籍家庭，小孩沒有停過在走廊跑跳，電話不停響，尖叫哭鬧等基本上沒有停頓過，而且完全沒有隔音的清晰。
房間看似整潔，但一個晚上出現過曱甴（在衣櫃），小蜘蛛（浴室洗手盤），還有蜜蜂（浴室）… 大開眼界
牙刷要付費，拖鞋要request，好難再有下一次………

Close to BTS, good area.

Everything one would expect in a hotel -- nothing too fancy, but very solid.

Excuse my random mess of a review. I ended up staying for one night instead of the week that I had previously booked. The images of the room look better than the room itself probably because of the lighting. The room has a lot of space but if you’re traveling with kids, it’s not kid friendly. The bed is not comfortable and the room is not as pretty as the lobby. The bath tub has a lot of cracks and there’s a small step into the bathroom that you can easily kick on the way out. The soaps and stuff they provide are very small. They seem like refillable tiny bottles. The locks to the room don’t feel like they’re enough.

ขนาดห้องพักโอเค สะอาด ของใช้ครบ แต่มีปัญหาเรื่องระบบน้ำร้อน ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ทั้งอ่างอาบน้ำ ฝักบัว อ่างล้างหน้า แก้ได้ไม่กี่ชั่วโมงก็กลับมาเป็นอีก เข้าพัก 2คืน ไม่ได้อาบน้ำอุ่น พนักงานก็เข้ามาแก้ไขให้ แต่ว่า แก้ได้แป๊บเดียวก็กลับมาเป็นอีก ต้องรอ พนักงานมาทำงานรอบเช้า 7.00 - 15.00 น. อาหารเช้ามีให้รับประทานอิ่ม อาหารไทย 2 อย่าง ขนมปัง ไข่ดาว ไส้กรอก แฮม สลัด ผลไม้ เหมาะสมกับราคา

The hotel really need to improve on the lighting in the room. Given that the hotel is near to Bitec, guests who stay here will be likely to visit exhibitions, which means that they will need to work in the rooms. The lighting is so poor, it makes it hard to read in the evenings.
During our stay, it rained very heavily in the evening, and the roads around the hotel were flooded. We could not walk out to restaurants easily, but need to make big detours. The hotel although jaded, is kept very clean.

Overall, the hotel was OK. The positives, clean, modern, decent breakfast.

The negatives, air cond filter was dirty (but self cleaning was simple), lacking hot water and it is a little difficult to access due to road works.

Overall i would stay here again if i have to go bitec.

They gave a shared room. It was connected to the other room and the door wouldn't close. When I came out, someone from the next room had entered my room. I couldn't sleep all night. They didn't give me the room I reserved.

Property is real nice. Large rooms. Some things are outdated or wearing out in the room.

Arrived after 4 hour delay of flight tired angry. 5 minute check in maybe less already made me feel better great room and breakfast for price point.
