Guests booking a nonrefundable rate requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please be aware that for reservations (Bed & Breakfast board only) on the 31st of December there will be an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person for the Brunch. Disappointing- the only good thing is the location

The location was great

Cons:

From the moment we checked in there were issues. We had a one bedroom bungalow which was out the back of the hotel. As we didn’t arrive until 8.30pm, it was dark so you’re left trying to find it in the dark while dragging suitcases across the wet grass. The sofa bed which we needed had no bedding and the bungalow itself was poorly equipped and not very clean. Other issues were the fridge actually freezing our food and the toilet blocked and when I reported it to reception they didn’t do anything about it.

Um engano provocadompas fotos que não demonstram a realidade
Pros:

Apenas o Padel junto ao recinto.

Cons:

Limpeza fraca dos quartos, água castanha nos canos, cães a ladrar durante toda a noite, falta de cuidado com os hóspedes (4 clientes para apenas 2 toalhoes de banho)

Pros:

First time staying here and definitely won't be our last. Our apartment was ready when we arrived at 10am. The bed is the most comfortable bed ever. It was clean and bright. Housekeeping came every day. The facilities were clean and lovely. The location is perfect for absolutely everything. There is a luggage room that we could keep our bags after checkout until we left to go to the airport.

Hotel deveria informar os hóspedes para respeitarem política de silêncio, pois haviam hóspedes a falar alto e fazer barulho às 01.00 am, como se fosse durante o dia.
