Старая гостиница, начали ремонтировать, коридоры старые со скрипучими полами.

Фен в номере не работал, телефон не работал, на ресепшен звонили со своего телефона. В ванной не было коврика, не халатов, за тапочки молчу и 4 звёзды????
Внутренний бассейн не соответствует фотографиям и ожиданиям, капец.
Персонал на ресепшене желает желать лучшего.
Кошмар, первый и последний раз.

Gostei de ter frequentado o bar no sábado à noite com música ao vivo: impecável!!
Gostei de poder usufruir da piscina interior para os meus filhotes.

Cons:

Não gostei de não existir elevador ou escadas deslizantes para levar um menino de 2 anos de carrinho para os pisos inferiores (teve de se carregar o carinho à mão).

The location is great close to the town and shopping centre and public transport. The hotel itself needs renovation.

Cons:

We were initially placed in a bungalow at the bottom of the park. Unfortunately, the conditions were very poor — it was extremely cold inside, there were bed bugs, and the showers had cold water, missing amenities like hairdryer among other issues. It felt as though we were excluded from the main complex.

After we complained, we were moved to a hotel apartment and upgraded to a meal plan, which was a lovely gesture. While this was an improvement, the apartment was still quite cold as the air conditioning was not working properly.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and at times seemed unprofessional.

However, I would like to highlight the restaurant manager in the evenings. He was fantastic — always happy to help, chatty, and genuinely made our stay better. Thank you for your kindness and positive attitude.

Pros:

Nous avions louer le chalet qui était pas terrible , l’eau chaude arrive au bout de 10 min , sol dégrader salle d’eau moyenne, après avoir visiter plusieurs chambres , pour nous reloger grâce à la femme de l’accueil qui a mis tout en œuvre pour nous satisfaire . Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons le service est impeccable . Petit bémols l’animation qui s’est fortement dégradés par rapports à d’autre années pour la même période pour laisser place , aux animations d’enfants .

Location is great but the hotel needs a good makeover, breakfast was literally waste of money.
Pros:

This place needs renovation. Hotel smells of chlorine. Furniture is soo old. Bathroom was leaking and smell. Never again.
