Guests booking a nonrefundable rate requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please be aware that for reservations (Bed & Breakfast board only) on the 31st of December there will be an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person for the Brunch. Location is great but the hotel needs a good makeover, breakfast was literally waste of money.
Pros:

This place needs renovation. Hotel smells of chlorine. Furniture is soo old. Bathroom was leaking and smell. Never again.

Gostei do quarto da vista do restaurante da piscina

Não gostei da informação, porque quando cheguei um funcionário da recepção informou-me que a piscina exterior fecha as 20h . Então estava as 18h40 por aí fui na recepção procurar uma toalha para piscina e o outro funcionário disse que a piscina está fechada e que fechou as 18h . Então eu fiquei sem aproveitar a piscina .

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas inclus, alors que la page Booking indiquait clairement qu’il l’était. Nous avons dû payer un supplément sur place, tout comme pour obtenir des serviettes ou simplement nous asseoir autour de la piscine.

L’attitude du personnel a été particulièrement désagréable. Le paiement par American Express nous a été refusé, alors que j’avais appelé la veille de notre arrivée et contacté le service de réservation pour vérifier spécifiquement ce point. On m’avait confirmé par téléphone que cette carte était acceptée, ce qui m’a incité à réserver. Une fois sur place, la même personne a nié cette information et tenté de me faire croire que j’avais mal compris, rejetant toute responsabilité. Une expérience franchement décevante.

Should be a much better hotel but it’s poor

Room was clean and fresh. Oh La latte is fantastic

Staff are rude. Prices are ridiculous at the bar. Pool area is filthy. The whole pool area is dangerous with tiles coming up and weeds not kept at bay. Tiles missing in the pool and the diving points had their flooring coming up and constantly fixed by swimmers. Lifts out of order. Poor lighting in corridors and corridors are filthy and poorly kept
