Pros:

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Having washing machine there was a great bonus, as well as full kitchen ( although we didn't use it )
Service was friendly.
Location was pretty good if you have car, otherwise it would be difficult without the car.
Breakfast was ok. I would not say it was great but reasonable.

Cons:

Resort is excellent for families with young kids, but since we were not travelling with kids we found it a bit too noisy and pools were too crowded with children.
Food in the restaurant was very average. We would recommend eat elsewhere in the town as restaurant at the resort has very boring menu .
No tea provided in the room, which we found very unusual.
Also only 2 coffee capsules provided on arrival and never replaced in 4 days of staying despite us obviously drinking coffee ...not what you expect from 5 star resort.

A lovely break with family. THe hotel is brilliantly located and a brief, short walk, to Carvoiero.

we loved the pool area, the 'cool' bar iced coffees, the large balcony and spacious room. super comfy bed and daily cleaning service was great.

Une semaine de rêve à monte santo carvoero
Pros:

TOUT c était parfait pour nous !!!
Les équipements très complet l immense chambre ( 2 toilettes pour 2 😂)
La piscine les jardins le nettoyage chaque jour
Même les poubelles étaient ramasser

Cons:

Qq petites Réparations niveau terrasse ( carreaux cassés dangereux avec des enfants( mais nous étions 2 ) le mobilier extérieur la télé qq chaînes française seraient les bienvenues ( juste m6 et TF1 qui parfois diffusait en anglais ) nous l aurions plutôt classé 4 étoiles que 5

Have stayed many times and would stay again -great location and ambience but needs some investment

uma boa estadia de trabalho num excelente hotel!
Pros:

Não tomamos pequeno almoço, mas usufruímos da piscina interior e da sauna que são excelentes. Os jardins e as piscinas estão impecáveis e são muito agradáveis. Sofás e cama excelentes!

Cons:

A cozinha era excelente , com todas as comodidades, mas nem o café, nem o chá estavam disponíveis gratuitamente e não havia creme de corpo, ou mãos na cas ade banho assim como também não existia amaciadoe de cabelo.

Posh hotel in a very convenient location to shopping malls, supermarkets and beach. Love it 💕
Pros:

Beautiful property in a lovely Spa resort. We loved the indoor warm pool. We did lots of lengths and then spent ten minutes in the sauna. Had a massive pool and pool bar. There are locker rooms and you get a locker key. Choice of six outdoor pools. Cleaners come everyday to clean replace towels , make your bed and leave you washing machine tabs or dishwasher tabs. And leave you pods for coffee machine. I tried the spa bath was amazing. They leave you l Occitane hand wash, shower gel and shampoo it was Amazing. Also staff were lovely and they have someone on reception 24/7. I had a WOW spa foot reflexology by Carlos who was a lovely man.

Cons:

Everyone has their own private garden you get a patio table and chairs. But I wasn’t allowed a lounger to sunbathe .

Was ooit een mooi park, maar slecht onderhouden helaas.
Pros:

Mooie ligging, ruime accomodaties.

Cons:

Veel achterstallig onderhoud aan het park. Binnenzwembad slecht onderhouden en niet schoon en 2/3 van de wellness niet in gebruik doordat het kapot is (7 nachten). Houtwerk langs zwembad rot en uitstekende splinters en spijkers. Echt zonde.
