A very young lady was working in the bar on Saturday evening and was not 1 bit nice . She either dislikes her job or was having the worst week of her life.. I just taught it was me for a while but I seen her treat other people the same as me.. 😔 very sad ...

The stays was fine the staff are friendly and helpful. more effort in cleaning would go a long way

Pros:

When my husband and I arrived on Saturday afternoon a lovely lady called Pati gave us a very warm welcome. She went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Looking forward to returning in the coming months

Terrible experience
Pros:

Stupid hotel policy where they don’t allow kids to be in the restaurant or bar after 10pm but were happy to take a restaurant reservation for a large family gathering from 9am. Made us leave the restaurant/ bar at 10pm to sit in a cold lobby to finish our drinks. Not family friendly. Will never return
