Staff and food good breakfast basic
The hotel was good entertainment was good
L'accueil est très agréable, l'hôtesse a fait l'effort de parler un anglais simple et compréhensible pour nous.
La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, la literie grand confort et très silencieuse.
Decor, staff and everything was exceptional, very accommodating and extremely comfortable. The only thing to fault was the that the chromecast in the room doesn’t work, it is frozen or not connected to the internet and needs to be reset so could not stream anything. Other than that everything was great!

Residents bar closed too early
The staff were so friendly. Even took my little girls on a tour around the hotel while I packed up the car. The kids club was fantastic, the girls had a ball. The only thing was there was a kiddies disco advertised online but they told me they don’t do discos anymore so my girls were a bit disappointed as I had told them there would be one.
Food was delicious, a really extensive breakfast and the bar food was lovely. Really good value for kids meals too. The underground parking was very handy. And the pool was so warm and perfect for kids. Will definitely be back. Would love to see the disco back running too 😊
Iron stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Other than that, it was perfect
The staff were very pleasant. The pool was lovely and warm. The Dome was so close and the bowling was brilliant. Very child friendly and enjoyed no alcohol so children were prioritised
I am sorry to say the food was not good quality. It tries to please everyone but I found it bland and bread heavy.
The room was too hot but I appreciated the fan. The head of the bed is on the wall which makes it slope backwards
Immaculate room new and fresh
Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities close to town
Great stay for families with kids. Loved using the pool and the kids club in the dome in the evenings. Good food in the bar. Good sized room with comfortable beds.
Stale smell of smoke in the bedroom and the coloured cushions on the beds need to be washed as they smell badly.
