Can’t wait to stay again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a nice location. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious.
We will definitely stay there again.

Would recommend to friends staying in that delightful area

This charming hotel is blessed with the best staff . They run the place beautifully and couldn’t have been more welcoming and thoughtful. Thanks to them we had a great stay.

Excellent service with lots of friendly staff
Pros:

The overall experience was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and they were excellent at making any changes we needed (we have children with autism and ADHD). Every member of staff engaged politely and friendly with us all and my children both said they felt so safe staying there. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and it was so quiet.

Pros:

Friendly and polite caring staff. A comfortable bed and slept so well. Clean and well appointed room and ensuite. Breakfast was enjoyable and the bar was very good too.

Cons:

Parking a bit restricted but fortunately space for us although the village car park nearby.
No negatives for us.

A lovely pub with great food and super staff. The owners are magnifique!
Pros:

Delicious food, nice pub and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Well priced and welcoming.

Cons:

Old fashioned decor in bedrooms. The bedrooms could do with an update but all clean and tidy.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I had a great stay, only one night though. I had a lovely dinner after I arrived. A table was reserved for me as the pub was very busy. Clearly a popular place. Food was excellent and staff could not have been more friendly. I had a nice cooked breakfast before starting my day. Room was clean and huge, plenty of space with nice ensuite.

Cons:

Bed was a bit firm for my liking but others might prefer a firm bed.

Freezing cold , central heating is OFF all night be warned take thermal underwear

Freezing cold , heating is timed to go off at 11 pm and is off all night until 7 am . Very cold room on a cold night , would never stay again

Good overnight stay and superb restaurant
Pros:

The restaurant is outstanding - The food is really excellent.

Cons:

The heating wasn't working in the original room we booked and it had a very noisy fan in the bathroom. However when we mentioned the heating they immediately swapped rooms for us and gave us a very nice room which was larger and quieter. The bed was comfortable. The real issue was the early check out time- 10.00 am was a complete surprise - I have never stayed anywhere that expects guests to leave before 11.00. We almost didn't make it- as we didn't know and had to be told by the maid. We noticed the couple in the next room were also flustered and rushing to leave too.
