Carino ma da migliorare

La struttura ha delle belle camere spaziose ed è molto carina anche se durante il nostro soggiorno una parte (la zona del supermarket e dei souvenir) era in ristrutturazione e quindi non bellissima da vedere

La struttura offre mezza pensione ma le bevande non sono comprese, nemmeno l’acqua! E pagare 3,25€ per 1 litro d’acqua naturale mi sembra eccessivo! In genere la mezza pensione comprende almeno l’acqua ai pasti (ovviamente non confezionata).
Avevamo una junior suite ma nella nostra camera avevamo a disposizione 4 tazze, una forchetta, due cucchiaini e un coltello (non capisco perché non ci fosse il set per tutti). Inoltre dopo aver pulito la camera spesso si sono dimenticati (o perché non ne avevano con sé) di rimettere le asciugamani da pulire e quindi siamo arrivati all’ultimo giorno con una sola asciugamano per farci la doccia in 4.

Al tener una hija con alergia a la lactosa, no tiene comida adaptada para ella, se tuvo que adoptar a lo que tiene. Sería muy bueno tener alimentos específico para ellos

La zona de la piscina es pequeña. Uno de los colchones era incómodo y sonaban los muelles cuando te movías.

Pros:

Fab location, very comfortable beds, great breakfasts. Loved to adult pool, which our apartment was next to. Efficient transfer. Plenty of sunbed around the pools! Very nice staff. I would definitely come back, looking forward to trying out the new refurbished gym 👌

I was disappointed the gym was out of action due to refurb. However, the reception staff were very accommodating.

Flies, renovation works, and unprofessional management
Pros:

The breakfast was good, with a good choice of food.

Cons:

I stayed at the "Flora 2" block, located across the street from the reception. This area is infested with flies, likely attracted by the poorly maintained flowerbeds, which serve as a litter box for the numerous stray cats roaming the property. As a result, it is impossible to spend any time on the patio in front of the apartment, or by the pool, without being constantly tormented by these very aggressive insects.
To make matters worse, ongoing construction work was taking place at the property, and I was not informed about it either at the time of booking or afterwards. Even if I had wanted to brave the flies and sit out on the patio to read, I would still have had to deal with the presence of construction workers who were working there.
What is even worse is that the water was shut off completely at random and without warning every single day. I actually went into the shower right after waking up only to find that not a single drop was coming out.
To add insult to injury, the sauna and the gym—which are clearly listed on the booking page—were unavailable. When I asked for an explanation at the reception, a rather cold staff member told me the sauna was closed for renovations, and then pointed towards a fenced-off area, locked with a chain, claiming that was the gym. There were indeed a few pieces of gym equipment inside that outdoor enclosure, but it was impossible to access them.
I did not receive a single word of apology from the staff for the inconvenience caused by these works, about which, I repeat, I was never notified. If the hotels in the THB chain are managed this way, I will never set foot in any of them again.

Pros:

Un increíble buffet (calidad/precio). La piscina secundaria genial, tranquila y resguardada del viento, coges un moreno carbón en un par de días.

Cons:

Las tumbonas de la piscina principal eran para los más veloces.
