Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

There was very little space between the foot of the beds and the wardrobe so it was a little bit of a squeeze getting on and out of the room.

Pros:

Lovely to stay as always. Such friendly staff, good food and heated pool for kids. Rooms are also very clean.

Cons:

The double beds are 2 singles pushed together which are very loud& move around a lot. But they are comfy.

MUY CONTENTAS POR ELEGIR ESTE HOTEL
Pros:

Excelente trato familiar. Habitaciones muy grandes y mini salón muy útil con frigorífico, hervidor, cafetera y microondas. Desayuno completo, el más completo que había visto alguna vez

El Spa cerrado, tumbonas que habría que reponer ya que están estropeadas muchas

Pros:

Komme seid über 20 Jahren ins Flora. Immer wieder gerne.

Einfach aber 👍 gut.

Frühstück 👍

Cons:

Es gab früher deutlich mehr Abend Veranstaltungen, so wie jetzt hält man die Besucher am Abend nicht im Hotel.

Aber wir sind meistens in der Nebensaison da, vielleicht ist es in der Hauptsaison ja anders.

Pros:

The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The po area and poolside beds very comfortable. Bonus to be able to get towels for pool at hotel which could be exchanged as necessary.
Great to have shuttle bus to and from beach if required. Nice restaurant on site.

Bed was comfortable. The shower was very good.

Cons:

I couldn't understand the existence of the kitchen. No sink, fridge was barely cold. No any stove or microwave. You can't really make any food for snacks there. Even the wine opener was from the 17th century. There is no need to have a separate room for the "kitchen." All this could be easily fit into one room as it is no reason to overpay for not useful kitchen.

Bon potentiel et personnel au top, mais décevant à cause du manque de propreté et d’entretien.
Pros:

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble au THB Flora. L’hôtel est grand, bien aménagé avec plusieurs services pratiques (supérette ouverte tard, boutique, machines à laver). Les piscines sont grandes et chauffées avec beaucoup de transats. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain est jolie avec des produits à disposition. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, accueillant et toujours souriant.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer (draps tachés dès l’arrivée, sol non lavé, balcon jamais nettoyé). Le ménage manque de rigueur (tapis de bain retiré sans être remplacé immédiatement, plaids non renouvelés). Présence de fourmis sur le balcon. Mauvaise insonorisation (bruits des voisins et de la route très présents). Stationnement compliqué sans parking et emplacement peu pratique sans voiture. Climatisation bruyante et peu efficace. Petit-déjeuner cher et peu varié, surtout salé.

Overall a great trip ,
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness. The friendliness of staff , the food selection for breakfast and dinner was excellent.
The pool
Area was ideal especially for children. The apartment was great ideal if you wanted to sat in. Overall great facility,

Cons:

Night time entertainment was poor.. most guests appeared to go elsewhere at night This may be better in high season .

Pros:

El staff muy amable y atento. Buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Está lleno de gatos. Además, les dan de comer justo en las puertas de acceso a algunos de los apartamentos por lo que hacen su vida ahí. Nosotros no tenemos problema con los animales pero si tenemos bastante alergia. Es justo decir también que en el momento que comunicamos la situación en recepción nos facilitaron el cambio a otra habitación algo más aislada en la que no había este problema.
