The pool are was nice

Cons:

Lots of complaints from start to finish. Not clean when we arrived cobwebs in corners and dusty. outside apt also not clean. Problems with ceiling and toilet leaking in bathroom. AC not working properly. Rusty fridge, doors very worn and tatty looking. A few apartments apparently broken into. Very far up from main strip. For the money they charge it was very disappointing. Probably one of the worst places we've stayed in Lanzarote.

Totally enjoyable.. no complaints 😁
Pros:

This has been our 5th stay and we love Flora11. We’ve had pool views every time. The cleaning staff are excellent. All staff have been friendly and helpful from Reception to lifeguards.

Hotel was booked in November for June the very least they could have done was email us to make us aware of the situation
Pros:

Cleaned everyday fresh bed sheets and towels

Cons:

Property was having renovations done while we were there no gym, no spa, no walk under to the other side was blocked off so had to cross the main road everytime my son wanted to use the other pool

Great stay would definitely return
Pros:

Great hotel, beautiful rooms with lovely views. All staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very accessible & great facilities.

Cons:

The property is at the top of a rather steep hill which makes it a bit more windy than usual Lanzarote breeze. However this is no fault of the hotel (obviously) . It’s not too bad of a walk but it is a hill. Good fitness though so we didn’t mind haha.

El Bufé perfecto, con bastante variedad, estaba todo bien elaborado, la atención muy bien,los postres ricos, lo único a destacar es que no entran las bebidas y son un poco caras., pero en general recomendable.

Lo único las bebidas que eran aparte.
