La cerradura de la puerta del apartamento está muy dura.

He encontrado varios pelos en el baño, principalmente en la puerta y en las paredes.

También he encontrado toallas de baño manchadas.

El pero del buffet es que en la cena no hay ni igua incluida, cualquier bebida se paga extra. Esto me parece incecesario ya que has pagado media pensión. El agua en la cena por lo menos debería estar incluida.

En el desayuno el café y los jugos muy malos. La comida muy bien. Pero las bebidas no son el fuerte.

Our two-week stay at THB Flora was seriously affected by a major security incident and, even more importantly, by the hotel’s response afterwards.

On the first Friday of our holiday, after returning from dinner, we were informed by members of a British wedding group that multiple rooms had been broken into and belongings had been stolen. We personally spoke with several affected guests from this group. We later understood that approximately 20–30 rooms may have been affected.

We immediately checked our own room and fortunately nothing had been stolen. We then asked hotel staff what had happened, whether we were safe and what measures were being taken.

The staff provided almost no information and told us to speak to the manager. A young man who introduced himself as the “Head Manager” shouted at us when we explained that we were frightened and wanted a solution. During the conversation he literally said:

“I don’t give a fuck.”

For somebody presenting himself as Head Manager to speak this way to concerned guests immediately after such a serious security incident was completely unacceptable.

Even more concerning, THB Flora staff themselves told us layer that incidents like this happen regularly. They also told us that there were no security cameras.

If these incidents are known to occur regularly, we find it extremely concerning that adequate preventative security measures and CCTV were apparently still not in place.

Our own room door also worried us because there was a large gap between the door and frame and the locking system appeared old. We specifically asked somebody to inspect our door.

Nobody came.

The following days we also saw an access gate to the hotel grounds standing open again multiply times and also in the evening.

We told the hotel that we no longer felt safe and wanted an alternative. THB Flora did nothing for usl. Instead, WE contacted Booking.com ourselves to try to arrange a solution.

I didn't like how the bedroom was in the front via front door and the living room was in the back of the apartments with one chair and a t v this didn't seem right and my apartment had no view apart from kids splash and a shed was disappointed with the room also I didn't like how the kids splash park smelled of cat we i also am amergic to cats and had to spend most of my time away from my apartment even though they clean this most days I wouldn't like to put my kid in there at all.

Por poner un pero, la vista de la habitación, pero estaba todo bien.

The shower was blocked with hair and I only realised it when the water was building up, I was able to free it myself.

Had a 1at floor suite as was travelling with baby and requested enclosed balcony for safety but was uninformed no lift to 1st floor, was a bit of a mission!

Las camas y almohadas son horriblemente malas. Las zonas comunes están llenas de gatos y huele a orín de gatos por todos lados

The rudest staff I have ever come across , I understand that check in is at 3 o clock but the way the 2 staff members addressed me when I asked was room ready twice wss shocking , they were both abrupt and rude
