Cons:

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue mejorable. El desayuno nos pareció muy justo: poco variado, con opciones bastante limitadas en general y prácticamente sin alternativas saludables.

Además, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. Esto fue especialmente incómodo porque por la noche había bastante ruido de otros clientes en la terraza común, que está justo encima de la habitación. Para avisar tuvimos que bajar personalmente a recepción. Informamos de que el teléfono no funcionaba, pero durante la estancia no se solucionó.

Por otro lado, en cinco días de estancia no se cambiaron las sábanas, algo que nos sorprendió.

En conjunto, creemos que hay varios aspectos del servicio que podrían mejorar para que la experiencia sea más cómoda para los huéspedes.

Pros:

Удобное расположение. Много транспорта к вокзалу и автовокзалу. Большинство знаковых локаций в пешей доступности. Хороший завтрак. На ночь включали отопление. Собственный балкон со с видом на город. Приятный персонал.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when I asked for the parking they said it’s not a problem and in the final day when pay day came, they put a big tax on parking, not even mentioning anything at first about it. Not good
