Clean, affordable hotel in a practical location.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is ideal for walking into the university district but also with easy access to the highways for car travelers. Good value for the location. Premises were clean and tidy.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable. Booking says parking is available and we requested it, but it turns out that parking is quite limited and the request is not forwarded by the Booking platform. If you need it, email the hotel directly. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us so it all worked out.

Great location and a comfortable hotel with excellent staff!
Pros:

Excellent position and air conditioned. Rooms comfortable. Endless days over 35deg made a cool room essential.

Cons:

Decor and bathroom a bit dated but everything worked and the rooms were perfectly adequately.

Perfekte Lage perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, superfreundliches Personal einfach nur empfehlenswert

Sehr freundlich geführtes Familienhotel mit super netten Gastgeber. Ausserdem hat das Hotel eine traumhafte Terrasse,wo man nach einem langen Tag über den Dächern von Bologna, den tag ausklingen lassen kann

Cons:

Die Terasse und die zentrale Lage. Ausserdem eine Toplage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bologna.
