Friendly staff , good excellent
Pros:

So clean friendly and close to town

Cons:

Not many parking spots. , and no air con small fan but with heat made sleeping very uncomfortable

Pros:

Friendly, warm welcome in a lovely country town. The food was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with parking for hotel guests at back of hotel and arrived at through the public car park but securely separated. Wonderful service provided. Golfers love this area as Headford Golf club up the road.

Charmant hotel maar prijs/kwaliteit tegenvaller.

De charme van het hotel en de bijhorende supergezellig ingerichte eetgelegenheden

Cons:

Personeel in het restaurant en in de bars, vaak zeer jong en niet vriendelijk.
Vooral ook geen werk zien, niet komen opnemenen ook niet vragen of er al geholpen werd, niet afruimen, bij velen kon er ook geen lachje af ...
Geen wifi op tv, netflix hebben ze erop zitten maar je kon niet inloggen, ook niet via screening.

Best birthday treat ever! Complements to the chef
Pros:

Booked for childs birthday treat, the staff were fantastic, food was delicious, choice of bar or restaurant and lovely rooms
Great location to explore Kells town, bus stop right outside and plenty of shops and pubs.
Overall all stay was perfect

Pros:

First visit here and the hotel lives up to its star billing on TA, we attended an afternoon function in the ballroom and the setting was excellent, food excellent and staff likewise, in particular a big thank you to Matthew on bar service. This young man is a credit and asset to the hotel and has a winning disposition.

Just one niggle however, at the end of the function tea and sandwiches were served and most people were not inclined to partake of sandwiches as the lunch meal had been so substantial.

Some members of the waiting staff kindly offered to provide bags or boxes if people wished to take away sandwiches rather than have them thrown away, a very sensible suggestion. Eventually a different waitress declined to allow this to happen on apparently health and safety grounds.

To cap it off one couple at our table were staying overnight in the hotel but were still told no food could be taken away, I have never come across that before in any establishment and everyone else was likewise baffled.
